I love having everything in one place!!!

Passwords and security all in one
What do you like best about the product?
Holy moly, remembering passwords is the worst. Not only do I not have to remember every.single.password for my work logins, but there's the added benefit of accessing everything when I'm not on my work computer, too. Adding/ requesting access to new products is also really easy! I can search all the products/software available, then request an account for a new app when I need it. By searching which products we already have as a company, I don't have to research new solutions or unnecessarily purchase new products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta often acts like a required portal for me to access certain apps and products. For example, every time I want to open Dropbox, I must return to the Okta page. Even when I first go to Dropbox, it sends me back to my company Okta page anyway. Also for some of the apps, there seems to be a required plugin (which seems totally old-fashioned) and without the plugin, it takes longer to log-in. I like the centralization that Okta provides, so forcing people to open the product first makes sense, even if it is an extra step every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving! I don't remember the last time I had to do a password reset for a work login. It's so nice to know I just open up one tab, and click on any app/product to open it up. It also saves time on requesting access to new software because it's built into Okta, and relays the message to IT.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Our company uses Okta for single sign-on SSO, but it seems like Okta offers much more than that. I recommend using all the functionality because Okta already integrates with so many apps and products, it would help with centralization.

Okta easily integrated into all our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Been using it for over a year.

User identity and password management.

The chrome extension is pretty useful.
Single sign on made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Plain simple and easy to use. The interface is easy on the eyes and the apps are laid out nicely.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile often makes you enter the user id even though you have already signed in and opted to save the id
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to remember multiple passwords..we have rigorous password policies which Okta help with

Works fast and makes me feel my info is secure.

I am not a fan of how much I have to log in. I understand this is likely for security purposes, but I wish there was a simpler way. Just adds smaller extra steps throughout each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have experienced no business problems so far, and the benefits are simply that it works and it doesn't annoy me.

Easy to use, easy cloud access, secure login requiring multiple identification factors on new device, compatible with all the apps my company uses

mobile website user interface isn't as intuitive or visually appealing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting to all the applications my company uses (Salesforce, Lever, Workday, etc.)

Easy user interface, secure login options

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adding applications for single sign on, implementing MFA, and connecting with Active Directory
What do you dislike about the product?
The system log can be more robust, and the list of apps that support provisioning is a bit small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting MFA in front of all the most commonly used applications and self service password resets have been solving problems with security and saving helpdesk time.
Everything is one place
What do you like best about the product?
It syncs up with my Microsoft account so I only have to remember one password.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is still a separate site that I wish could get integrated with my other existing accounts for work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we were acquired, we had to set up so many new accounts for our benefits, retirement accounts, etc. So Okta was at least one where all our benefits would be in one place with the same password we use to connect to the network.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think if you have a lot of separate accounts that your employees long into regularly and see if they would work with Okta. That has been the main benefit for us.
No More Hidden Sticky Notes
What do you like best about the product?
Okta Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication has been a life-saver here at work. Our entire company uses this in order to keep all the accounts on our all different services secure. It's incredibly easy to use and works smoothly, which is imperative when trying to access accounts and programs quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my only issues with this product is that it will alert users to new services/accounts that have been added to a user's Okta page, and will help users go through the entire sign up process, when a user hasn't even been officially approved or added to that particular service. Very frustrating, especially for new hires who don't really understand what's happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication ensures that no one in the company needs to keep a stash of sticky notes with passwords anymore! And we no longer have to worry so much about security, stolen passwords, etc. Okta has really streamlined our onboarding process, which has been incredibly valuable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can't recommend this product enough! It makes the onboarding process for new hires so smooth and efficient, and it honestly just makes everyday life at work easier since there is no need to remember the millions of passwords everyone has for all the services we use.

Nothing to dislike, nothing fancy or flashy about it but gets the job done. Could be a bit better workflow from a clicks standpoint
