Acqueon Review
What do you like best about the product?
The support from the leadersip team has been great throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of the product was terrible, and although we have gone live, we still have anumber of issues outstanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm looking to run my centre more efficiently, with deeper insights into performance

What do you like best about the product?
Sampson was exteremly helpful and knowledgable about how to solve every issue i threw at him. He was able to customize features of acqueon that i would have never guessed could be.
What do you dislike about the product?
no complaints. every issue i had i worked with sampson to find a workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the auto dialer functionaility is saving us time and money. However the scheduling and timing of acqueon when calling has been extermely useful.

The interface of Acqueon is something that is changing the outerworld.
What do you dislike about the product?
it gets stucks sometimes and then it is very difficiult to proceed forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me fulfilled the problem i was facing with my call compliance rate.
Challenging
What do you like best about the product?
The dialler application itself works well and is simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hosted platform is difficult to integrate with existing Foxtel repoting platforms, probably would have been better to use hosted in Foxtels EC2 evironment to allow open access to the database. Intergration with Verint call recording was pooly understood.

relpacing on premises Avaya Dialler as part of a larger transformation project to AWS
Acqueon Review
What do you like best about the product?
Thier presense of support. Their follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to comment. All worked very well. If there is a comment it would be on assigning suitable delegates for the meetings with the answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, we haven't functionaly. But the usability factor and portal itself could be improved further for the sake of ease in administration. Depth integration with WxCC also would be a comment on improvement.
The project team is extremely professional at all times

I have been working with Acqueon for over a year. The project team is always very responsive and willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to have a negative experience.

Acqueon allows us to offer our clients a true "omni" channel experience - blended voice, chat and email communications under one platform.

LCM Upgrade Project Review
What do you like best about the product?
Very eager to ensure the project is successful. Worked long hours to achieve this. Always available for project calls. Available when the go live date needed to be pushed out a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. All worked well. Acqueon were quick to resolve issues and they were always available when required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resource availability. They make themselves available when required. Even at short notice.
Acqueon LCM upgrade
What do you like best about the product?
LCM is a good product with a lot of functionality that enhances the Cisco UCCE Dialer
What do you dislike about the product?
Acqueon LCM meets the requirements we have, so there is nothing I dislike.
