What do you like best about the product?
Wide range of compatibility of the current contact center infrastructure such as Cisco or Amazon Connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent bugs and problems. Too many issues that needs to be corrected. Always run into something that does not work. Hard to work with the support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just to be able to use the dialer for the team of collections agents. Not a lot of benefits, but this is the only option available in the market.
