As far as a tax application it does what it needs to do.

What do you like best about the product?

integration is fairly easy with the 400 system and provides automatic tax calculations based on locations.

What do you dislike about the product?

The application monthly updates are all manual and have to be done each month and when intern updates are released. It runs on top of a tomcat server application that is a stable platform.
