- You are utilizing less than 1,000 rendering sessions

A rendering session is defined as a browser window or mobile application rendering at least one frame within a 30 minute window.

Easy-to-Navigate Interface with Automatic Tax Rate Updates and Powerful Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface because it is easy to navigate. I like that when tax rate changes occur, we do not have to make any adjustments or try to keep up on them ourselves. I like that I am able to run reports that give me the exact information I need to reconcile. I like that we can test transactions before implementing them into Production.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some reports in the returns program that are missing taht would save us loads of time each month. One is having a consolidated applied credits report, instead of having to run one for each state or return.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us get into more countries and with integrating new systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Having it keep track of rates and rate changes. Not having to file returns myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support - they don't understand the customer that they are working with. pricing is also an issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only thing that they are solving currently is managing the rates and filing returns

What do you like best about the product?
Vertex is a very enhanced tool that support tax calculation and tax reporting on a very efficient way. It helps to standardize and automatize processes on a very accurate way. It helped reducing human resources and many human mistakes
What do you dislike about the product?
VAT Compliance tool has some limitation and it is not always up-to date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could leave behind us the robust Oracle tax setups. With Vertex we have clear tax rules and standardized tax codes. With Vertex we have same setup for example for all EU countries and we could have globalized tax treatment
