What do you like best about the product?
Domo is really easy to navigate and understand how you use. I'm not very technical so I wasn't involved in the set up or anything like that, but once the dashboards are live, they're really easy to navigate, alter, filter etc...Being able to visualize data for myself and clients helps a lot in sales presentations. Also helps me come armed with usable data.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major issues I've experienced. I don't use it as much as I likely should, my guess would be that that's similar for others on my team. Sometimes there is data that I'm not able to find, because I can't make my own dashboards, I';m sometimes limited in the data I can extract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to visualize data, show data to clients and come prepared with insights into clients business'
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have somebody technical with the expertise to set up the dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
ACTUAL collaboration capabilities in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webforms don't work reliably and their interface is glitchy. They also sometimes won't save and update, and you can lose your work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Long development times, lack of transparency, inefficient processes. I am now able to quickly develop efficient processes with more transparency than I have seen in other tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I say that Domo is going in the right direction, but I mean the tool. Some of the development of the company is sanitizing a bit, and it's losing some of the renegade awesome feel.

What do you like best about the product?
As a non-technical marketer, being able to leverage Magic ETL to perform wysiwig SQL functions for the non-technical user is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simple functions in other systems can become complex using Magic ETL so nested sets of functions to replicate what are otherwise simple functions in Excel would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combining and transforming data without having to be technical. If you have strong logic skills and attention to details and patterns, you can make this an extremely powerful tool. The automation of those functions has been a great timesaver.

What do you like best about the product?
The way DOMO allows business minded thinkers to become their own data analysts and connect all our data in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are very simple features (at least they seem simple to me) that aren't available. For example, a static column with rankings 1 to 10 or whatever number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating time consuming manual reports, removing human error. Gaining insights into things we never could before because it used to take too much time. Implementing quality assurance checks to reduce error.

JUST DO IT!

What do you like best about the product?
I think that the user interface is very intuitive and even a non technical user can figure out the basics on their own.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is a syntax error in a beast mode it does not hint at what is causing the error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Up to date reporting without having to employ full time analysts to maintain excel reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Domo via pre-set dashboards to dig into what products I can sell our customers based on fit. It's very easy to navigate and draw insights from our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't dug in too deep - nothing to dislike to far though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a ton of data to hash through for our jobs and Domo helps bring insights from that data that sales can act on.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it easy to use and maniupulate many sources of data and how it is easy to explain to end users.

Not much reslly, there are a few features i wish they would add but nothing major

The dashboards are really easy to navigate and provide so much valuable information for us to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tough to say. I am not a resident expert of all the products capabilities. I know that it is great for the features I currently use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get real time updates on research data.
Love the capability of seeing swap data.
