The True Business Operating Platform that drives Immediate results in a fraction of time

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize on the fly and the team dynamic we have with the DOMO staff. We are more partners than we are customer /vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can say, there is not much to say negative about DOMO. When there is something that come up the Domo teams help get things resolved and are very responsive one the correct people are involved. (maybe that is the only negative, getting the correct people from the start!) but this isn't anything that would make me say I dislike DOMO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Major savings in time from manual reporting.
Ability to manage people in real-time.
Engineering Projects that never get funding, or take too long to be done in the traditional way, see the light of day and provide value.

What do you like best about the product?
Functionality and ease of use. We were able to create views that users from management to the executive team can use and speak the same language to identify business problems and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial rollout was tough as DOMO was restructuring support and our direct contacts changed several times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardizing viewing KPI's across multiple locations

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; the ability to import data right from my marketing campaigns is crucial. I really like the capability of viewing static historical data, and comparing that to data that I upload in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I have started using Domo I cannot say there are any major flaws, or areas that I do not like. So far, it has been the best system I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing data is much more streamlined and I can report much more easily on everything I want to see.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Domo gives you so much data that you would never realize is there. You can use it as a tool in many different ways & has been super helpful for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo has unlimited data and is the only platform allowing business users to easily transform data in the cloud. We have connected 20 different sources in under a month and are already having success. Some groups in our parent company that is on Tableau are looking to develop use cases in Domo. The platform is scalable and extremely mobile friendly. I love Domo because it puts all the data at my fingertips and makes it fast and easy to analyze massive amounts of data in a few seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Help desk is a bit slow with tickets opened by email, but if you call, they can usual help you immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just upgraded to SAP and our data warehouse could not handle all the data efficiently, so we had limited data availability. As business users we lost the ability to analyze data and were desperate for a solution. Domo was able to bring in a lot of the data and with SAP apps, allowed us to quickly transform hundreds of SAP tables into usable datasets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Amy Smith is a phenomenal account rep. She has gone above and beyond even after the sale. If you are on SAP, consider the SAP apps to speed deployment and break down the barriers to accessing the maze of tables SAP has.

What do you like best about the product?
Visualization of data makes anything we imagine a reality. This especially helps when you operate in multiple states and want to drill down to something very specific.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some simple features have been overlooked, however I do believe they're going to be coming soon!

I'm talking about binning without beast modes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimizing company efficiency on the call centre floor.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to integrate multiple data sets, EASILY!! Additionally, allows us to have full visibility from a development/operations standpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment!, Domo allows us to easily map data from multiple data sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales analytics, service analytics, customer analytics and insight for business users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Domo is an awesome product that is really transforming the data revolution. Having the ability to overlap data from multiple systems allows executive management to have full visibility.

Great tool for productivity - Use it everyday!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of dropping in data and analyzing quickly rather than spending hours going through a spreadsheet and building graphs makes Domo a superior product. I also enjoy the features in the card, analyzer functions, drill downs and that customers can log into their app and see performance metrics without needing to have a walk-through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate having the summary number update when narrowing in on the card by dragging across the card. Also a zip code map would be hugely beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How tactics are performing YOY, what emails are performing best, quickly analyzing campaign performance and making actionable insights quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast spin-up, connections, and a manageable learning curb
What do you dislike about the product?
Some UI/UX decisions are non-optimal. There should be a link between a dataset and a dataflow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into every aspect of the company, potentially exposing clients to data as well
