That you can chat directly at the data (buzz). You can easily add pictures/cards in the chat.

Filtering on Dashboards. As soon as you have multiple datasources on a page it gets difficult. you can"t define if you can select only one or multiple values.

it gives transparency to all. Everyone has the same KPI. before every business unit has their own definition of KPI.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easier to pull data into a chart than using the original Excel method, making it fast and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good, but because I do not have a database background, sometimes it takes time to figure out the data format and write the format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast and easy data can be accessed anywhere, replacing the traditional methods and making it easy to use for analyzing manufacturing operations.

THe easy card setup and the multiple ways cards can be updated, filtered, grouped and modified.

Getting started is intimidating because there is so much you can do on this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Domo to track leads and website engagement. We've been able to better engage our executive team with the cards and the way they visualize data. We've also become better at monitoring our data and acting on it when needed.
Empowering Data for Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is pretty intuitive, I like that it's not overly flashy and things are eay to find. I don't have to click through a lot to get to the data that I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the filters can be a bit challenging to navigate, a bit clunky/glitchy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had used a different BI platform in the past, and it didn't seem as robust as Domo can be. We're able to accomplish a lot more with this new platform.
Domo: Powerful tool with growing capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to quickly visualize data. Time sequences are great, selecting different variables to isolate data over time is very helpful.

Experience with Domo has so far been great.

Communication of key data to decisionmakers. Eliminating duplicative/repetitive tasks. Productivity enhancer.
First year at Domopalooza
What do you like best about the product?
Domopalooza is a great mix of education, networking, food and entertainment. They have something for everyone and keep mixing it up to make things interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the evening events started a bit earlier - the concerts and after-parties go past my bedtime ;)

Disseminating data for decision-making and to influence behavior and drive action.
Domo is very flexible on the back end
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other data platforms I like how flexible DOMO is when it comes to manipulating the data. It doesn't require super technical coding skills but just enough technicality to make it interesting. DOMO is a whole system in one; in other platforms the components combined in DOMO are usually standalone services or completely non-existent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to build traditional dashboards where you can customize different graphs on the same dashboard like a tableau, power bi, or qlik. I tried to accomplish this using custom apps but I found custom apps to be very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for an ad agency. When our clients come to us their data is usually scattered in different silos. DOMO has been a great way to pull everything together into one place for them to be able to really see where they can better optimize their campaigns. Also for internal purposes, DOMO has been great for automating certain reports that take hours to deliver; now the data can be there at the click of a button.
