Almost too simple.
What do you like best about the product?
What's great about DOMO is that its so easy to create reports. I'm often asked to aggregate data quickly, and this platform allows me to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost too easy - I think it would be helpful to get recommended card reports so that I am not creating too many cards/cluttering my tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
B2B marketing, lead qualification, conversion rates, social media engagement statistics, etc.

Wide expanse of visualizations available, ability to combine datasets

Have run into some issues with data import categorization. Can be fixed w/ SQL.

Make up of development pipeline - where to focus time, energy, money, resources.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user-friendly, allowing you to develop a dataflow and clean/transform your data quickly and efficiently. I also appreciate that Domo continuously improves with new releases and listens to its customers and the Dojo community.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functions at the ETL level are really limited. Some cards need to add more functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing attribution, customer journey, internal KPI reporting, any data cleaning and optimization processes

Be active at the Dojo community.
Rely on it daily. Salesforce is ineffective without it.

It is difficult to implement. It requires too much specialized knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
Domo's ability to customize data to provide actionable insights has greatly helped decision making in my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope for DOMO to continue to make enhancements to the product so that it can be easy and quick to share cards with various stakeholders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying both weak and strong performance to adjust accordingly.

Since I am a newbie, it is not the easiest to get help for the beginner level.

To track the customer acceptance, to track production schedule and to compare product availability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Establish the primary goals for the project. It is ok to have many dashboards until you can nail down to the meaningful one. DOMO allows easy development and many app stores.

No major reason to not like the system. Overall its good, but a little pricey.
