Easy, Helpful and meets all needs for our company
What do you like best about the product?
Can do it straight from your phone. All staff can send faxes. Faxes come straight to an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It Limits people who can receive fax to 5.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That my staff can send and receive faxes straight to their email on their phone.
Most secure and safe fax system
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality, safety, hippa complaint and you are able to do everything like email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could be cheaper, sometime client dont know how much they are consuming. So something should be there to calculate and communicate costs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If solved the issue of faxing and reciving faxing with 5mins.... just a shot time of signing up our faxing issues was resolved

What do you like best about the product?
They offer great service at an affordable rate. Something wasn't working for me and I was able to get on a call with the team and come to a quick resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside as long as you are open with your account rep.

Not needing to worry about pivoting to remote work.

Capitating at 5 users per line necessitating a help desk tkt

As stated previously, electronic inbound and outbound solution removes hardware, lost faxes and hardware maintenance
eFax has totally changed my life
What do you like best about the product?
eFax's internet based fax solution has taken a huge load off of our computing needs. As a small company doing 20-30,000 pages of fax each and every month, I no longer rely on copper based high speed telephone lines. Hard outages are a thing of the past. No more filing "escalation" tickets with phone carriers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish there was a better "account" presence when I login administratively. But I'll take that trade off for the other freedoms their service grant me.

I no longer rely on high priced copper telephone lines and the headaches they pose.
e-Faxing made simple
What do you like best about the product?
eFax is user friendly secure digital fax solution. I've implemented this product at my current job and several past jobs. You can set up different user accounts, and it has a ton of options that you can use to customize to your liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's any downsides. The system is easy to use. I would say the admin/user gui could use a face lift, but that doesn't affect functionality at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to send and receive faxes without needing a physical machine. It also has industry leading security so we can be sure that our data is encrypted.
eFax Service - worth it! eFax Account Support - not so much....
What do you like best about the product?
Our agency has been using eFax for over 3 years to handle all of our faxing needs. We use both the standard and secure features associated with the system. From porting phone numbers to initial training was excellent and the guides were helpful to handle any concerns that we had. In the past 3 years, we have NEVER had a downtime event or lost fax.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account Support. From Account Management to after-sales Support, it is quite clearly evident to me that they do not care about their customers. Trying to discuss options with my account, I have emailed and called a dozen times requesting time on the calendar to discuss our future options. At the time of this writing, I am still waiting for a response to my email sent on 7/31/2023.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure eFax is solving any of my issues. There are many faxing systems available and eFax just happens to be one. At the time of my selection, they were the most well-known and had the largest number of servers to accommodate all of their client's faxing needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient, no paper, everything comes in PDF format making it easy to save documents. We use this for over 200 faxes a month. Anytime we have contacted customer support, we have had a great experience.

Changing the settings could be a little confusing.

Using eFax sovles the issue of scanning in documenst to create a PDF document.
eFax is the best for all your electronic faxing needs!
What do you like best about the product?
eFax was super easy to convert our analog POTS lines over to eFax. We kept our original numbers and the service works great. We can have faxes appear in email, or set them to print at specific printers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes support can be hard to get a hold of in a timely fashion.
