Persistent in making the delivery of my fax.
What do you like best about the product?
digitized files move through the system with ease and I have a monthly plan for business matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is one item I could have available, I'd like to be able to send files bigger than 20 MB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a Trust and it is important to have documents sent with a moment's notice.

Convenient & Reasonable System for Healthcare
What do you like best about the product?
HIPAA Compliance. I am confident that data is secure and safe when I need a faxback regarding patients' dental information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were user-friendly. For example, when I have multiple faxes, it'd be nice to hit next and go to the next fax rather than have to maneuver to the message page. Also, to search for a fax by a patient's name.

I find the system to function well and everything is user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy use of the portal and the fact that it saves all of my sent files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the system would have an option on failed faxes that says "resend". Otherwise, I can just forward the fax, but I have to retype all info or it shows as "unknown".

It solves my ability to get information faxed quickly and more efficiently rather than having to print and fax manually.

AS A AT HOME WORKER I FIND EFAX TO BE RELIABLE TO EFFICENT. PLUS THE PRICE IS GREAT! I USE E FAX ON A DAILY BASIS, SO EASY TO BEGIN USING BUT IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION THERE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS SO HELPFUL.

WITH EFAX I AM ABLE TO HAVE A FAX LINE WITH OUT ACTUALLY HAVING A PHONE LINE PUT IT.

It's very antiquated (see above) we can't search or change file name by patient name

Efax is a very reliable and easy to use service. It has made our business more streamlined.

Efax makes sending faxes as easy as sending an email.

Faxes often do not go through or need to be re-sent.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use and the ability to quickly upload documents without having to scan them first. I also like the fact that I can go back and review faxes sent and received easily.
The mobile application is also very useful when you are on the go and need to fax something quickly.

I cannot think of anything that I dislike about eFax. I am very happy that we switched.
