Great Faxes
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to receive, great product!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about efax online is the ease of sending and receiving faxes. It is a great way to save money on printer paper because you don't need to print off those unwanted faxes that you receive.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about efax is that the fax confirmations get sent to another email address. You can't be on the efax site and print a single confirmation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, we haven't had any issues with our efax online service.

no enhancement for nearly 20 years! We get tons of junk spam, at least 20 pages per month.

Quick, easy, and inexpensive!
What do you like best about the product?
For effortless online faxing, eFax has been my top choice. I particularly appreciate the flexibility of sending faxes through their online portal or straight from my email. What really seals the deal, though, is the remarkably low price, offering true peace of mind without breaking the bank.

To further enhance the user experience, I suggest considering updates to the portal's functionality and appearance. The inclusion of a feature to monitor pending sent faxes would greatly improve workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eFax Online Fax Service is primarily solving the problem of cumbersome and outdated traditional faxing methods. It eliminates the need for physical fax machines, phone lines dedicated to faxing, paper, and toner.
This benefits me in several ways:
-Ease of Use: As I mentioned, eFax has been the easiest online fax platform I've used. This saves me time and reduces frustration when sending and receiving faxes. The ability to fax directly from email is a particularly convenient feature, streamlining my workflow.
-Cost-Effectiveness: The affordable pricing makes it a "set it and forget it" solution. I don't have to worry about the ongoing costs associated with maintaining a physical fax machine, which can include paper, ink, repairs, and a dedicated phone line. This represents a significant cost saving.
-Convenience and Flexibility: The online portal and email integration provide flexibility in how and where I can send and receive faxes. This is especially useful when I'm not in the office.

Fax documents from anywhere. You don't need a fax machine!
What do you like best about the product?
eFax makes it so easy to fax documents from anywhere using a phone or computer. All you need is a fax number and an email account. All we had to do was link the efax account with our software, click on an eFAX button, and choose a contact with a fax number, and off it goes. No need to have a physical fax machine anymore. You can also receive faxes directly to your inbox. You'll also receive a confirmation email that the fax was or was not successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes for this service. I have used it for many years directly from my software which integrates with it. It makes my job a breeze.

Yes and I have because it has helped my business alot. They have also helped when there was an issue that needed to be resolved.

No complaints right now and I have had the service now for over a year.

The fact that I can assist my customers quickly and that my faxes come to my email with no issues. I don't miss them.
eFax Hell
What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely nothing. Possibly my worst online experience ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
I needed to send a single page to the IRS by fax but had to be on the phone with the IRS rep when I sent it to receive a document faxed back. Time was of the essence so I couldn't do any research on who I was using and used the first fax service listed on Google. I signed up with eFax for a $5 introductory offer that allows 170 pages to be sent and recieved. I only need to use 2 of those pages, 1 to send, 1 to receive, I thought. I was wrong. I attempted to send 3 times but it never went through. Then my banking app started popping up with repeated $10 charges. I checked my banking app, and had been billed twice for the $5 subscription and and additional $10 each time I went over my plans limit. I contacted their support and was told I'd exceeded my limit by 272 pages. I DIDN'T SUCCESSFULLY SEND OR RECEIVE A SINGLE PAGE. I requested a refund, minus the $5 initial charge which I will write off under "being an idiot fees." The request has supposedly been sent for approval and i will hear back in 3 to 15 days. I seriously hope nobody ever has to deal with these people again. TOTAL SCAM.

It solved no problems, because it didn't work. However it did cause problems, with my bank account through repeated charges, as well as the IRS who I was attempting to fax documents to. THANKS ASSHOLES.
Works for a company protected electronic fax system
What do you like best about the product?
Convienence of faxes incoming to one source online, to sort in folders and ported over the phone number for us easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The coversheet cannot be edited with a company logo or disclosure.

sending and recieving faxes without wasting paper. sorting into folders. HIPPA compliant.
Easy to use online faxing
What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient to use online faxing versus using a fax machine. It is much fast and more effecient for me at work
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes need to send large faxes and have to send seperate faxes. Would be nice if bigger files could be sent

The convenience of online faxing is incredibly useful for my job, as well as it being HIPAA compliant. I use faxes for many different parts of my job from medical records to court documents
