Ease of use on a desktop, laptop or phone. Ability to look at faxes from anywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
No unnecessary paper. Everything can be saved digitally and integrated into many other platforms.

Occasionally taking a few minutes to see if fax went through

HIPAA compliance and ease of use in a relatively paperless medical office.

I have yet to find a downside as it is very user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
I signed up our organization with eFax last year and I'm so glad I did. It's super easy friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. Thank you for being a great fax service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No dial up fax machines.
Reliable virtual fax solution
What do you like best about the product?
eFax is easy to find and relatively easy to use. I've never experienced downtime, or had a need for customer support, and the number of features supported in sending faxes, such as coverage modifications and address books, makes it well worth the price in my mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not fond of the old version/new version offering. I'd rather just stick with one or the other and have that supported. Sometimes, whether or not a +1 (or any country code, really) is required for the fax to send successfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the Unified Communications Engineer for our company, I use eFax to test both our own virtual fax solution as well as our analog fax lines.
Works well. Enables total freedom by converting Faxes to/ from emails

Being able to store the documents in one place and not being tied to paper files

takes to much time to input new Receipents

100% Reliable and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
I can always rely on eFax online when it comes to my business. I fax to the IRS on a regular basis and usually while I have a agent live on the phone. Efax has always been so reliable and easy to use, with follow up emails that are sent to you. The website is easy to use and eFax online makes my job a whole lot easier. Customer support has always been wonderful since I have used eFax for over a year now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no downsides to eFax. If there are any, I can't find them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eFax assists me effectively send the IRS documents they are waiting for in that moment for verification purposes. Without them being able to receive the faxed documents, I would not be able to call on behalf of clients to assist them with their IRS issues. eFax also saves me money by using the online tool istead of a hard fax machine.

Been able to fax from our email, fast and easy to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesnt go through and you have to resend it a few times.

E-fax is so Doctor friendly for healthcare. The relief of a HIPAA compliant fax option easy to use, improves patient care where communication is SO important, thank you E-Fax!

Assurance of HIPAA compliance and secure transmission of confidential health information.
Convenient and Worthwhile Service with Select Caveats
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to securely send and receive faxes electronically from anywhere as opposed to only in-person on paper is, hands-down, the best aspect of eFax.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online web portal can, at-times, be buggy and requires us to manually log out and subsequently log back in to complete any actions after sitting idle. The biggest issue we had involved a couple of faxes being lost during the setup process with no avenue of recovery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that eFax has helped us solve is the digitization of fax messages and avoiding the need to be in-person to receive such messages.
