Efax works as it should

Ease of use, features are just like an actual fax

Sometimes it takes a bit longer to receive an unsuccessful send notification.

Some agencies only take fax so this solves the issue

eFax Online Fax Service is so easy to use with very little learning curve.

Sometimes it doesn't work. There is a delay or we get a random error in sending

We have to have a fax to fax to the IRS and State taxing authorities

Quick delivery, confirmed receipt and economical. Send faxes from your computer or mobile device with ease.

I have not encountered a downside to eFax...

Faxes are delivered directly to my email as a PDF - and saved in a dedicated folder for future reference. Can be shared with ease to my accounts.

eFAX IS SO EASY TO USE AND THE PRICE IS GREAT. YOU SEND AND RECEIVE FAXES ALL ON YOUR PC OR LAPTOP.

THERE REALLY ISN'T A DOWNSIDE. I LIKE THE OLD WEBSIRE A LOT BETTER THAN THE NEW ONE. IT IS MUCH EASIER FOR ME TO USE.

Our old fax machine died and we didn't want to replace it but needed a way to fax. I researched online fax methods and efax was the right fit for our needs.

I like how simple and easy to use the platform is. Very pleased with my services. Customer Service is great and always easy to work with. Integration and implementation are quick and easy as well.

I don't have anything that I dislike, everything has been good so far.

Easy to use and helpful for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
For a monthly fee, you get access to easy electronic faxing. I've used this for business for over a year and have been happy. nobody should need a large standalone fax machine again unless you need it for scanning. I recommend this service frequently to colleagues

There really isn't a downside here as long as the monthly fee is paid. this might not be functional for companies who are high volume faxers

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use the app right from my phone, I don't need to be in the office. I also get notifications of faxes to my email which helps me not miss anything. It's simple and a user-friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes faxes don't go through and I need to re-upload (I don't think there's a "resend" option). Also, if you switch out to another app it'll delete the draft fax.

I am a social worker who needs to send documents in a secured manner, quickly and efficiently. e-fax helps with that.
