Great product - powerful document extraction
What do you like best about the product?
Base64 is really feature rich when it comes to document extraction. The thing that makes it a bit unique in the market from our research was the customizability. You could customize pretty much everything about the product with your own code, which is a huge plus. You don't have to use those features though, but they are available. The support team was really nice to work with through our demo. It also comes with a ton of built in integrations which are easy to use - for example they have plugins with UiPath so you can use the extracted data downstream.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product works great, the only downside I can think is that it seemed like the projected costs were a bit higher than some other industry leaders. It also probably doesn't have the largest user community for asking questions, but their internal support team is really good which offsets that some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We demo'd this product for usage in our IDP program to automate business processes. We ultimately went with another product but I had a lot of hands on time with Base64.

overall very well done
What do you like best about the product?
the system highlighted the areas of interest nicely, it was easy to implement, appears that it would be easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was not a mechanism to validate the review of medical records, to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, that the data was verefied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted it to expediate the medical chart we need to perform on all donated human tissue

Easy onboarding. No burdensome sales calls to given the system a go.

Once you get going it can be a bit tricky to fine time for unique use cases.

Potential customers can easily search and get more information of their preferred items on our website saving more time and enhancing better user experience. Base64.ai has improved quality controls in our department with advanced inspection model that automatically detects defect items before official listing on public domains.

This is the best platform for streamlining inventory services that I have come across so far in my career experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has provided the best sorting model with the AI tools that enhances efficient categorization of products. It has reduced cases of fraud by 90% by ensuring that counterfeit prodcuts does not appear on our marketing network. Base64.ai has enhanced increased sales with automated personalized recommendations of our products.

What do you like best about the product?
Base64.ai enables me to extract and organize metadata from designing tools that gives accurate results. It saves me alot of time that I use to get files from clients forms using AI automations. I have accomplished most design projects within stipulated timelines and complied with brand standards using perfect text elements extracted with OCR.

There are few errors that can be easily rectified from poor data translations from distorted files.

Base64.ai stands out due to its comprehensive summary section of the extracted data, which I haven't encountered in other similar software. While Base64.ai offers many strengths, there is room for improvement in the accuracy of extracting data from documents with complex formatting. Occasionally, the extraction process requires manual correction, which can slow down the overall workflow.

Base64.ai is helping our event management company automate the extraction of data from PDF invoices received via email. This reduces the time spent on manual data entry, minimizes errors, and allows us to efficiently process and manage our invoices by automatically populating our database. This improvement in workflow and productivity enables us to focus more on core business activities and less on administrative tasks.

It is easy to use this software and get the best out of it. I have not experienced data processing challenges from its operations.

The operational efficieny in accurate data processing has reduced cost of data production. I can capture correct data from different forms and use it to make reliable decision when implementing projects and tasks. The powerful security configurations blocks corrupted data and ransomware attacks that can damage data and negatively affect workflows.
