AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
You pay based on usage, measured in credits. Each document you process consumes 1 credit for most document types. This ties your cost directly to how many documents you send for extraction. You can also buy credits upfront in advance. Purchasing credits ahead of time reduces your per-credit rate compared to standard usage. Both dimensions draw from the same credit pool, so they are not separate product tiers. Instead, they represent two ways to fund the same document processing: pay as you go, or commit to a credit balance upfront.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one credit when I process documents?
One credit covers most document types you send for extraction. A single document typically consumes one credit. Certain document types may consume more, so credit use can vary by the type of file you process. Contact the vendor to confirm how specific document types are counted.
How does buying credits upfront differ from paying per document as I go?
Both draw from the same credit pool. Pay-as-you-go charges one credit for most documents when you process them. Buying credits upfront funds your balance in advance at a reduced per-credit rate. Upfront purchase suits steady, predictable volume; per-document billing suits variable or lower-volume processing.
Do credits get consumed if a document fails quality checks like blur or glare detection?
The platform can flag blur or glare that affects extraction and prompt you to submit a different file. The pricing table does not state whether flagged or failed documents consume a credit. Contact the vendor to confirm how credits apply to documents that fail quality checks.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Base64.ai is its high accuracy and ease of integration. The automated document data extraction works across many document types without requiring complex templates, which saves a lot of time compared to manual processing. I also appreciate how quickly it processes documents and returns structured data that can be directly used in workflows or applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that while Base64.ai handles many document types well, it can occasionally struggle with highly complex or poorly formatted documents, which may require manual verification. Additionally, customization for very specific document formats or edge cases can sometimes take extra setup compared to simpler extraction tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Base64.ai solves the problem of manually processing large volumes of documents by automatically extracting key information from files like invoices, IDs, forms, and receipts. Instead of spending time entering data by hand, the platform quickly identifies document types and converts unstructured document data into structured information that can be used in workflows or systems. This benefits me by saving significant time, reducing human errors, and allowing me to focus on higher-value tasks rather than repetitive data entry.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very helpful to have a build in ocr for workflows and have it as accurate as base64 is. Its most definietly one of the best on the market for integrations and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface isnt the best, looks somewhat cheap. I also wish there was better integration with cursor or claude code to make the workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use it to compare large credit agreements and pull items out of hundreds of invoices.
