What do you like best about the product?
The large library of pre-built templates has been a lifesaver, enabling us to get new workflows up and running without having to have too much technical knowledge. Additionally, Base64. Our existing systems were able to easily integrate with ai and their API integration capabilities are a part of what allows for our operationsflow video proofing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given the pricing on their platform will probably make it cost prohibitive for any small business to utilize, there seems some very apparent ROIs that come out of this work with anyone dealing in document-heavy organisations. The automation process saves time and money which in turn may be able to pay for the set-up costs of implementing the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, Base64. Artificial intelligence is a very high-end tool that can do all the work related to documents in seconds, reducing human efforts and minimizing errors. I will suggest it to any organization that wants to reduce manual effort and streamline their process.
