What do you like best about the product?
The OCR orientation has enhanced simple customer information verification mode of IDS and Passports. Our clients are ever satisfied nowadays since they can send their credentials online when making orders without visiting our stores. Base64.ai has been the main game changer when it comes to document scanning and data verification from cloud and onpremises.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not recorded any downtimes for the period I have been working with this tool.
