What do you like best about the product?
Able to customize and do the things we need to do with our documents from workflows to retention
What do you dislike about the product?
Upgrades can be tricky and documentation can be hard to follow at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to have the ability to track and see who or what has happened to a document and have retention assigned to keep within regulatory standards

I love the multifunctions of OnBase with the extra modules and customization

Redactions and zip file compatability within unity.

unity forms and efficiencies workflows create
What do you dislike about the product?
record cards-- when purging files and getting a new employees ID number for card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
efficiencies-- delivery letters via email is amazing and helping us deliver many different notifications out to 30K employees.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to incorporate so many paper and digital content into one main repository with easy and varied access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the limitations on indexing, and the Citrix environment for our cloud based solution. (How many times can I repeat how much I dislike the Citrix Virtual Interface as an admin?)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OnBase is replacing a very outdated kind-of hybrid homebrew document management system with a few more indexing abilities, but no one knows how to access them.

Very large and complicated platform so not easy to learn all

What do you like best about the product?
OnBase not only stores our documents but its workflow capabilities enable a more seamless and interactive process delivery for Axxess International. And we're only using the tip of the iceberg as far as OnBase functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
As a sa, I would love a single platform which would encompass Config, OnBase Client, Scheduled Tasks and Studio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A more robust document repository, documents are easier to find, automation of previously manual tasks

The ease of use and availability of documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
First line tech support has gotten a little longer to route issues or figure out issues. It used to be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting rid of paper and helping remote workers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that OnBase is so customizable, scalable, and can fit into almost every single industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support for the product is really the biggest struggle. We often get support with users offshore that are less experienced than the OnBase admins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OnBase is providing solutions with workflow. It allows us to manage the doument and the data from scan to completion in Epic. The customizable aspects of OnBase allows us to perform essentially any task that we like.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that you do not need a strong coding background to use the software but if you do have the knowledge, you can still use toold such as SQL
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of different places where configuration is dont. It is very easy to miss one simple checkbox which could ruin your entire build
