What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of Unity and how easy it is to train users to use Unity
What do you dislike about the product?
In Config - all drop downs should be in alph order!
Config and client should be combined into one app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ease of scanning documents and integrating with Epic

What do you like best about the product?
One of the upsides to using on base is the digital document management capability and reduction of paper use thereby making the environment more sustainable. Another upside to using On base is increased productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about on base is some of the features are separate such as document retention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of cost with respect to paper and all equipment associated with paper, it also has solved the problem of storage.

What do you like best about the product?
Searching in OnBase for documents that have been indexed There are many ways that searching can happen to help the staff member quickly locate the information they are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many different ways to intergrate with other software. End user staff don't always understand the differences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Untiy forms for Nurse floating to other locations with the approval process has freed up many hours for nursing staff they no longer need to track down their form.

What do you like best about the product?
OnBase is very robust, the applicaton should grow with our business. The workflow engine is very strong, we use it mainly for AP processing. The software has really has helped in identifying underlying issues in our processes. Customer Support is very good, the engineers are knowledagable.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a admin perspective, you have to conect to too many applications do administer the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoice approval process.

i like working in onbase especially for the retingents of our files.

i have no dislike, i am perfectly satisfied withour onbase program.

What do you like best about the product?
It is versitile and powerful, able to be leveraged across many different business types, industries, and business departments
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to be very cautious when upgrading, as we have often found items breaking as nw versions are rolled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to convert paper-based and email/Excel spreadsheet-based processes into remotely accessible processes. This allows for easire backup training and better customer satisfaction.
