Powerful and as complex as you want it to be

What do you like best about the product?
It is versitile and powerful, able to be leveraged across many different business types, industries, and business departments
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to be very cautious when upgrading, as we have often found items breaking as nw versions are rolled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to convert paper-based and email/Excel spreadsheet-based processes into remotely accessible processes. This allows for easire backup training and better customer satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
OnBase has a great momentum with many aspect I find important to invest my time in. The product is well thought out for many different case. Our support has proven to be very helpfull whenever we have run into issues. Many of our users will benefit with the new tools that will ease their use. The Integration with our ERP makes this a very powerfull solution for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation of OnBase was a bit challenging, but thanks to our FLOS we tackled many of the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OnBase has replaced legacy solutions that were well past standard support. It has brought more visibility to our users Invoice standards and procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the different options and all the different things OB can do. It helps serves our customers and they can easily understand and navigate the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to build things as you have to do part in one application and part in another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a place to store and retrieve documents. Along with having workflows and forms

What do you like best about the product?
Paperless. Quick transfer of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the options are over whelming and I have to go to many MRGs to get an answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a paperless business. Allowing individuals to work from home.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to documents. Being able to look at a file from multiple locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not always function properly. The server goes does frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage has been an issue for a long time for my organization. This eliminates that need.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user frie3ndly platform. Mobile County has been using OnBase for its records management since 2018 and it is wonderful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wioould like to see how to upload entire files into OnBase ragther than doing document by document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document retention and destruction dates.

What do you like best about the product?
We use it mainly as a document repository but there are SO many ways to configure each environment that it supports any and all types of use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to become an expert since there are so many things to learn and buttons to click and different configurations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A safe, secure place for client records, account information, etc. Great security

OnBase is easy to configure and deploy even for complex solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upgrading OnBase can be challenging with respect to App and WebServer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OnBase is used in a number of different programs, but the most valuable is the generation and management of court documents which allows us to perform electronic filings

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has helped a number of our deptmarments at the University with their day to day processes. From student information to financial information.
What do you dislike about the product?
May be a little overkill for those that just want simple document management. Some features require additional licensing that would be nice to be included as part of the overall licensing such as REST API usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document management of records (Learning, student information, invoices)
