Document maintenance, workflow solutions, created several workflow that are automating arcaic processes

What do you like best about the product?
OnBase has made it possible to automate processes that have traditionally been manual. The possibilities seem endless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. There are features I wish we had and one being, the ability to text students from OnBase. We have comments/responses set up and the student gets an email, but we'd love to be able to fire off a text. We love OB though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gave us the ability to move from complete manual processing to automation. We went from 100% paper driven to 90% electronic forms and gave students the ability to upload documents directly without visiting campus.

What do you like best about the product?
That it stores all documents in one place. Easy to navigate. Support team has great response times and is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow errors. When documents don't come as they should, trying to figure out how to get them back in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep all our company documents in one place. Easy to search for customers by name, email address and school name.

What do you like best about the product?
New user. Just going live with onbase. Looks like a great product used throughout diverse domain and geography. AI component added to the Low_Code/No Code platform definitely serves the purpose of natural language solution building. Excited to be part of Hyland Community, and blessed for this opportunity to be part of the Great Minds gathered together. Extraordinary conference. Thank you!
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud solution should provide database access as well. Restricting it does not line up with the whole idea of the product, i.e. Empower Users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have not started yet. Will definity have somw story to tell in next year conference. Looking forward to it.

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendliness is truly what shines. The low code solutions for complex processes are impressive and will make tackling our designated project pretty seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not had my hands on our system on prem, but from the conference and training there have not been a lot of issues. I think having multiple clients can be a little bit confusing to new users, but once you are used to it, it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a repository of 50,000 physical documents that have not been scanned or digitally imaged and uploaded into our system of record. OnBase will be the tool and platform that allows us to import those docmuments.

What do you like best about the product?
It'a hosted and it eliminated so much manual scanning and indexing .Our HIM and RCO are quite happy about it
What do you dislike about the product?
When we have Errors we want to re process but we don't access to move files on our own . We have to call hyland and ask them move which is time taking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual processing and indexing it eliminated and searching is easy .

non-developer friendly for admin; ease of interface; simplicity of workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
initial research through MRGs can be confusing and find how to do something 3 different ways but not which parts work together to get it to work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
legal document retention....I am trying to convince the rest of my company how OnBase can handle SO MUCH MORE than just legal retention

The API. I use it for almost everything.

The deprecated .Net framework. This feels like a major security concern that should be addressed.
