Best workflow management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It effectively monitors workflow in all departments within our organization.Our sales team easily save customers contacts and use them during email campaigns. Contributes to proper record keeping for all business operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has offered great service and we have not experienced drawbacks since we started using this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping client records and use them to update them on our products and services. Managing workflow in all departments in our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend the use of this platform. Great service and worth its cost.

OnBase helped us transition to digital data keeping but is slow with cluttered interface
What do you like best about the product?
OnBase has provided my organization a solution that is preferrable to handling large volumes of paper documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest gripe with OnBase is the user interface, which carries too many features and icons irrelevant to my job that clutter up the viewport, thereby shrinking the available space for documents I actually need to see. To date, I'm not aware of any possibility for customizing the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OnBase provides basic database functions for storing, retrieving, and reviewing confidential documents. As far as I can tell, it is a secure solution and has greatly reduced paper waste, which is a huge improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be a good idea to inquire about the flexibility of the user interface and how OnBase handles large quantities of data. It appears to be a safe and secure solution, if somewhat slow, so if speed is a huge concern, I would look elsewhere.

What do you like best about the product?
We are happy and satisfied customers of OnBase Hyland, which has provided its services to manage our content and helps in data organization. We are at ease to manage our content, processes and cases. In the past we had faced issue of corruption but with this application, we have surety that along with processing it will keep our content in one secure location. It aims at providing us the right piece of information, whenever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is complex to get start and to manage large number of files and then searching through them, sometimes requires time. Also I have faced an issue about the request processing; it is very disturbing in case of emergencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OnBase provides us content enabled solution, we really did not face any problem in its configuration because it does not involve much coding. It is a low-code application development platform that integrates with various applications; we have found it could very reliable because it can be accessed through mobiles, thus it has provided us flexibility to work outside the office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you really have some experienced person that can really use it to full extent, then it will surely benefit your organization through its amazing features, as it has strong modules and APIs. This is very effective tool to manage your data and put them in order along with assuring you its easy access at need.

What do you like best about the product?
Our institution uses OnBase for a wide variety of business processes. The delivered features allow for an incredible amount of expansion... Workflow, Workview, document retention, etc. There are dozens of integration that expand its use even further. This is truly an enterprise document management system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the form generation tools are not very user friendly. This has gotten better with Unity forms, but there is still room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document management. Many processes start with a document and then actions take place. OnBase allows us to do this, plus put data/document retention standards on top of that. We are shortening our document float and increasing efficiency.

I love that documents can be found, uploaded, and shared easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is challenging to have yo use workgroup numbers to find document. There is also a lag in documents showing up at times.

Easy to upload, save, and share documents across agencies.

What do you like best about the product?
To my opinion, the best feature of OnBase is the ability to manage capture of documents, document creation and the electronic signature from start to finish throughout the product life cycle. In addition, I like the way the structured and unstructured workflow has been optimized. I must suffer a lot, as a worker, in the search for documents from a folder pool, but I may search for each document in the search bar with this special application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags behind, but otherwise it is good technology because of the poor internet connectivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OnBase is also known as versatile content management which streamlines business programs in organizing documents and data. It gives me immediate access, whenever I have it, to all the critical information. The workflow engine is perfectly manageable, whereby my devices don't need custom scripting. The product's graphical user interface is very elaborate and easy to understand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
All this can be accomplished by this real helper from keeping records in order to organize them periodically. It justifies each feature and nothing can also be denied. I also like the way that it interacts with other applications of my company, because I find it difficult to move from one application to another.
OnBase is a Great Resource
What do you like best about the product?
OnBase is a great resource! It is a quick and easy way to access hundreds of files. It is very quick, taking little time to navigate through the OnBase data base and deliver results. The quality of the visuals are great, which is especially helpful when you are looking up documents from the 1940's! I have had almost no issues with OnBase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a way to clearly and efficiently store electronic files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that is least helpful about OnBase is that you have to type in every number or letter exactly correct or your file won't show up. I wish it had a feature like Google does that says "Did you mean..?" This is an inconvenience more than an error, which I think speaks to how well this software runs. However, it would be helpful to have that feature when you have to type in letters and numbers quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OnBase allows you to store hundreds of documents and electronic files in one place with an easy look-up system to access all of them quickly. In my office, it is used to store documents dating all the way back to the 1930s, and we have had no issues with clarity or visuals. I would highly recommend this software for any office looking for an efficient and effective data storage system.

I would recommend using this software! It produces little to no errors and maximum efficiency. It is quick, effective, and user-friendly. I have had almost no issues with this software. It is very easy to navigate and great for efficient data management.

It's easy to upload and look up records and individuals.

There isn't validation so it's easy to make a mistake.

Straightforward Content and Process Management
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about OnBase is how a person can centralize important business documents and a variety of contents in one single location that is secure. Additionally, if this information needs to be retrieved, it is also easy to access it from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of OnBase could have some improvements. The latest version still looks a little confused and outdated comparing it to recent cloud softwares.

OnBase helps an organization to have all their documents in one single place, online, that can be categorized in multiple ways.

In both organizations that I have worked in the past, they both used OnBase. It is a great software with many functions and allows you to maintain an order of documents.

What do you like best about the product?
That it is very easy to use and it can house all of our important documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it takes too many clicks to get to what I want to open rather than everything being on the home page.

This system rarely has any errors or complications with opening items.
