Branch has its ability to revolutionize the user experience in mobile marketing. It offers a comprehensive platform that seamlessly links and measures user interactions across various devices, platforms, and channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure of Branch is on the higher end compared to other alternatives in the market which could pose a barrier to entry for smaller businesses or startups with limited budgets.However, despite these drawbacks, the overall benefits and capabilities of Branch outweigh these concerns for many users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great to understand where your customers are coming from
What do you like best about the product?
I think the interface is crystal clear and very intuitive. You can easily know where to go and what to do for whatever need you have regarding links generated through their platform. It's actually pretty easy and straightforward to create quick links and use them right away. The data is refreshed almost instantly and it provides a very complete and comprehensive analysis. Customer support is quick and supportive.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that creating links in batch is a very manual and slow process, they should keep improving in that direction, so that would solve a lot of time for campaigns that target multiple channels. Also, it's not always clear how to use DeepViews which are a powerfull tool to use within their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used branch to create quick links and to be able to track our campaigns from end to end. it's always very convenient to be able to internally modify a link without affecting the end customer. Branch provides great insights and data around those links and campaings, which is pretty useful for us.

It's super easy to implement their product 'quick link'

Nothing so far, it meets our demand and he pricing is more than affordable

Optimize app conversion (smart banner) and enhance the user experience with few coding (quick link)
Great platform for magic link and banner
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and to implement, we were looking for a platform in order to generate magic link so when we communicate with our users, it directs them to either the app or the web

Biling is a bit unclear but appart from that we can't complain

Be able to make our users open our links on the right medium (mobile app or web app) with the same link
A convenient MMP for integration with great potential
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Branch since August 2023. I utilize the analytics features. I want to highlight the positive aspects. There are many guides and tutorials on various topics. The documentation for developers is accessible and comprehensive. The development team had no issues with integration via React. Integration with advertising partners is very straightforward. The support service responds promptly to inquiries.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the functionality for reviewing product_name for purchases (only available in Liveview mode or through daily export) is inconvenient. Moreover, daily export is only available for 2 days, and not for a wider date range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Branch helps with measuring app advertising on Meta and Apple Search Ads. We also plan to implement quick links for tracking the actions of users who come from push notifications. These are the tasks that GA4 struggled with for a long time.

What do you like best about the product?
Custom metrics in local currency allowing me to map all key KPI straight in the dashboard.
Customer support was always on point, and helpful.

Branch solves the challenge of tracking app installs and in-app conversions across multiple marketing channels.
Overall, Branch has been great for tracking revenue attribution within our mobile app

Some tracking numbers seem to be inflated and support is a hit or miss

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see download and in-app events in advertising platforms, including Meta and TikTok
I believe Branch is one of the top MMP tool available in market right now.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I have experienced using the branch is tracking multiple ads with multiple ad partners in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing the branch lags on is the accuracy of metrics, other than that everything is osm.

We use the branch to track day-to-day mobile app analysis whether install numbers, open count of app or any other relevant metrics.
It good for bringing back users to our app
