Unique customer tool to be used in total autonomy without technical effort/background

What do you like best about the product?
autonmy to analyse datas without technical help (developpers, analytics etc)
Very easy to use
Best way with Journey to analyse easily behaviour of customers on the website
Zoning : +++++
Spacework great to monitoring specific behaviours
Session replay great to understand some issues we can't understant with zoning only (and help QA to find some bugs)
Page comparators : Few KPIs to see directly differences between pages or pages version
Find & fix to discover.

An amazing tool very easy to use with a lot of great functionnalities !
What do you dislike about the product?
to not compare 2 versions of an AB test on 2 differents zonings (even if it's the same page). It looks like logical on the paper but sometimes according to the context of AB test we need to compare on the same screen. In this case we need to copy/past every one one a ppt slide to analyse
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
understand some misunderstood fields, understand the useless of some parts of the website (fields, zone etc).
It helps to agree everyone around datas (and not importants things for salarys enot not fir the user online)
Helps to find imporvements (quickwin and bigger projects also)

Contentsquare allows you to dive into the behaviour behind the metrics, to help understand the why behind what you see
What do you dislike about the product?
Defining the Segments /conditions can sometimes be laborious, and Mapping takes time, but once they are set up it's fine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can identify friction points in User journeys and pinpoint where users abandon processes to improve Conversion rates, whilst identifying opportunities for change and reducing User frustration

An amazing tool to improve your website's UX

What do you like best about the product?
Before using Contensquare it was difficult to understand how users interacted on our site and what were points to improve to make navigation easy and intuitive.
Using this tool for analyzing AB test results has allowed us to make fundamental decisions to improve the UX of the purchasing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it's not that easy to understand how to set it up correctly and how to read the data, so some training is needed.
Also, it is not possible to archive old content and after a while, it gets a bit confusing within the workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the restyle of the checkout process, it helped us understand where our users were struggling to improve it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is quite easy to use and offers metrics and types of analysis that other similar tools do not have (such as journey or zoning). I would also like to highlight the very helpful support staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations creating targets, segments or mappings, such as character limits or the use of regex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful to me to go deeper into product analysis and UX. The most useful for me has definitely been the Journey and Zone Analysis module.

What do you like best about the product?
Content Square is a great tool to optimize UX on either our website or mobile apps. Because the U.I is intuitive, it is the most analytical tool used across digital teams. New features are regularly launched. Content Square is not just a tool, it is a great service, a great team that help us.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for

What do you like best about the product?
How easy the tool is to use, the real opportunity to learn a lot from your onsite customer habits and make efficient and real-time updates on the website. Also, the great and powerful community they created.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's always an opportunity to do things better but for now, there is nothing I dislike

The plugin on Chrome: CS Live, which is very useful for gathering data instantly
The team: expertise and very reactive

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the guidance that you get from your dedicated customer success team. Due to contentsquare's algorythms, I directly see the impact of revenue in changes that can be made in terms of UX/UI or features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes quite some time to understand the tool, but that is more because it is so complete. If you compare the platform with Google Analytics, this provides next level on-top-of insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights on customer journey's from page to page, end-to-end. Reasons why certain pages have a lot of drop-off's. Reasons why we have lower conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
Easiest behavioral analytics platform/tool so far. You dont need to be an analyst to get meaningful and valuable insights from it. Before CS we mainly used GA with mediocre results.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pricey for sure. And the addons more so...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UI/UX struggles and pain points are easy to find. A/B tests are easy to analyze and value. ROI has been great so far.
