The most helpful and easy to use analytics tool I've ever experienced

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience and UI are both fantastic. I'm not a numbers person, so I struggled with some of the regular analytics tools and Contentsquare is by far the easiest and most fun to use. The insights we can get for page performance and merchandising are incredibly valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a lot of time to set it up and to get your mappings and zonings in the right place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and optimization. CS Workspaces allows us to track the performance of the pages used in our campaigns in a very user-friendly and straightforward way, and with CS Live we are able to action optimizations much faster than we could before.

What do you like best about the product?
- Ease of use
- The breadth of insights I can obtain using session replays, segmentation and CS live.
- The new frustration metric helps in prioritising journeys that need the most attention
- Contentsquare staff are always happy to help with any queries and issues you may have. Not to mention their learning resources are easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of. Everything about the platform is fantastic

- Understanding user pain points.
- Understanding user behaviour and how they navigate our website.

Brilliant insight made easy for teams!

What do you like best about the product?
Content square has made ease for our teams to understand what customers are doing across our end-to-end experience, supporting our digital, category and marketing teams to access rich insight to help them make informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything bad to say about the platform as we're driving a lot of value from it. One thing we haven't quite figured out yet is how to get the complete reporting for our app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before content we had a lot of data to tell us what was happening but we're now able to understand why it's happening and how customers behave and we use this insight to make experience changes.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see exacly how customers are interacting with your site visually in the live tool makes it so easy to inform your visual decisions
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced reporting tools can take a little while to get your hand around
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to balance cross department real estate on the site - the numbers dont lie!

What do you like best about the product?
How accessible and visible it is, making it easy to jump into the platform and show colleagues the data
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little hard getting it set up with GA and making sure the numbers match, and therefore explaining this discrepancy to others in the business

What do you like best about the product?
I like the zoning analysis because it is helpful from a UI stand point. Generally, it is very easy to learn and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it should be improved the way of exporting things. For example adding the possibility to export data on a excel or choose what I want to export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help me to understand the usage of the website, if there are any kind of issue from a UX and UI stand point.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use: it is very intuitive and after 5 minutes you are already doing your first analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The clear separation of all instruments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I finally have a clear idea of what is happening on the site, I easily keep track of problems and opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Like the opportunity to do zoning analysis live on the WebSite. Very useful to identify what works and what is not.
I also like the regular updates and constant improvements. That's what makes the CS work so well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have anything to mention. Great tool!

It helps to see the problem not only in data and numbers, but actually feel why the user is strugglling.

Effortless Insights, But Setup Has Some Hurdles

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of access to data and insights that Contentsquare provides, as it means more people in the business can make data-informed decisions. The speed to insight is fast, which is really helpful. I also appreciate its configurability, as it can be set up for various business contexts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Page mappings are a bit of a pain. I have some problems with zoning where I sometimes need to add unique ids. This is an unfortunate overhead in my context. Mappings can get complex with lots of exclusion rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Contentsquare for quick access to page level engagement data, understanding key journeys, and investigating UX issues. It provides easy access to data and insights, making it easier for more people to make data-informed decisions quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the CS live plugin for super quick on page analysis, great that it has A/B testing analysis features too
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes find it too high level as URLs are grouped into pages, rather than seeing the journey in terms of which URL they went to next, it displays as a group of URLs, or page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us highlight where we need to optimise pages and journeys for our customers, allowing us to see opportunity and pain points. Using CS we have identified problem statements to take through to testing, therefore proving the benefit to any changes we make based on this data.
