An Intuitive Tool For Collecting and Synthesizing Data
What do you like best about the product?
Conductor is very easy to use and has many helpful features both for SEO research, content creation, and most importantly, report building. The ability to create keyword & page groups, workspaces, and various reports makes it very easy to track SEO impact. The tool also delivers regular insights and action items. There are also incredible marketplace resources for a whole host of requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more seamless way to connect the briefs and writing assistant tool, but it seems like this is in the roadmap. Customer support has been helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor helps me execute SEO research, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute on those opportunities. It also helps me stay organized and has excellent tracking and reporting capabilitites which allows me to share impacts with cross-functional team members and leadership.
Easy to use and create customer support
What do you like best about the product?
How simple and easy to use it is. It's very user-friendly and you don't need to be an expert to start using Conductor and optimize the SEO of your content. Also, the customer support is triple AAA it's very, very good. I also enjoy the content writing tool, which gives us lots of insights into a piece of content on only one page. The plugin is a big plus also, the conductor plugin performs the function of three SEO plugins in one. Basically, Conductor aim to make our life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the date range tool, especially on workspaces the date range on your graphs and other widgets on the Workspaces and report are not user-friendly, especially in workspaces. I also don't see a backlink-building tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor is currently being used in content creation for our coms team, it's also my monitoring tool for the website's Technical aspects. Recently we did a website refresh so with conductor monitoring tool I was able to quickly fix all the issues once the new website was live. Conductor also helps me with SEO reports and explains SEO to higher managers of the company and content creation team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Report Customization: While reporting is comprehensive, there could be more options for customizing reports to suit specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor is helping our company identify the Top rated Keywords so that the teams can use that in content building blocks. We are also using it to identify the trending words, theatres and plan to use this research to explore further using other data sources within the company
Superb SEO Optimization Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendliness stands out the most, along with the ability to add users, create groups, conduct searches, and generate reports, all while working comfortably. Keeping track and staying updated is also a significant advantage.

The implementation can be challenging, but the wholw team is always there to help

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the ease of use, the possibility to add users, create groups, search and report and to be able to work comfortably. I also like to keep track and keep up to date.

It can be difficult to implement and the learning curve is not as good.

It helps us with content research to make good SEO marketing decisions, makes keywod research easier and we can work more comfortably and on the right track.
Robust, efficient and effective SEO platform with excellent customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Conductor is excellent for all the service it offers for our website optimization. I like the wide variety of tools, such as research and tracking, technical analysis, competitive insights and content targeting. I also loved the organic search and data visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, everything is excellent and I have no complaints or anything negative that affects performance.

We use it for different needs but mainly to monitor the performance of our content, investigate opportunities, website optimization, SEO tools, content anaylsis and all this offers us this great product.
Five star SEO platform - Perfect for keyword analysis and on-page SEO improvements!
What do you like best about the product?
What I think is great about the tool is how easy it is to use. The user interface and interaction in each section make it an easy platform to showcase to all colleagues across the business. Information is clear and succinct. I think the keyword analysis and content guidance sections are perfect as it provides quick recommednations which are easy to implement straight away. The customer support of the platform is also very exceptional. This is also a tool that is very easy to integrate with other platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Search. Overall this is frequnetly used by all colleagues across the whole of Europe!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to see all the keywords my site comes up for in one clear section. This can be done via the exlplorer section but sometimes I believe it is hard to filter down the keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor is allowing us to enhance our on-page scores across our business. It allows us to see key wins in a succinct way which all colleagues find extremely helpful and beneficial.
Smooth onboarding process
What do you like best about the product?
Conductor has been super helpful in getting novice SEO users ready to use the platform and act on low hanging fruit opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our website isn't set-up ideally for SEO so have had to find some ways outside of immediate platform reccomendations to optimize for SEO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't done any SEO in the past so conductor has helped us to identify minor issues that we can tackle to start to raise our page rank.
Automation of Sending Data to Conductor
What do you like best about the product?
Had the opportunity to work with Spencer and Ralph to begin the process of sending data automatically to Condcutor and the whole process between our team and Spencer & Ralph was fantastic. The whole procedure to gather the proper requirements was smooth and Spencer and Ralph were very attentive to any inquiries we had.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far no dislikes about conductor I believe it's an important tool to have to enhance business performance
