Effective SEO Tool with Room for Data Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use Conductor primarily to measure and track our Google Search rankings and get recommendations to improve our SEO. I appreciate that Conductor gives us more robust tracking data than Google Search Console and provides actionable steps to improve our content for search visibility. I like the simple interface, which makes it easy to use. The training from Conductor was and has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conductor used to provide the exact number of keywords for which we rank, whether we were actively tracking those keywords or not. They now only show a rounded number, and specific data only for the tracked keywords. I would like to know if we are doing well for particular keywords or topics, regardless of whether we'd already added it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Conductor to measure and track Google Search rankings and get better tracking data than Google Search Console, with steps to improve search visibility.
Comprehensive Insights and Powerful Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Conductor is an exceptionally comprehensive tool that enables me to identify areas of opportunity, assists with research, and helps me bring these insights together in ways that advance my business. The writing assistant has become my favorite new feature, as it consistently offers valuable lessons on where we can improve and provides a way to assess our current performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can sometimes be a barrier, as every feature or addition increases the overall expense. While we do appreciate being able to find the right fit for our specific needs, it can be hard at times to justify the extra costs involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor has organized their platform into three main sections: creator, intelligence, and monitoring. This structure has made the tool much easier to navigate and has also helped me identify opportunities and areas for improvement. I find the research tool particularly valuable, as it allows me to compare my content with that of my competitors. Recently, the addition of content profiles has influenced how we use both the research and writing assistant tools to our advantage as we are able to infuse our ideal customer into the writing and objectives.
Helpful for Content and SEO Strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Conductor for SEO/keyword research and monitoring our site content performance. My favorite features would be the weekly reports that get sent to my inbox and the ease of the keyword research tools. They allow us to make data-supported decisions and provide evidence across teams on what we should focus on in our content strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently the layout of the site was changed around and it's harder to navigate to the pages I normally use. It feels like the AI tools are being overly pushed on me now, and they're not necessarily what I need to be using the most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Conductor for SEO and keyword research, helping us identify top-performing content and SEO gaps. It supports data-backed decisions, improving our content strategy and identifying competitive opportunities.
Easy Setup, But Accuracy Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really find Conductor easy to use and set up. The workspaces are easy to share, which is a big plus. Charts are easy to screenshot, making it convenient to capture and share data. Navigating topics and prompts is straightforward, and the keyword dashboards are user-friendly too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I question how accurate it is. Of course all of these tools are going to be inaccurate but Conductor numbers seem the most off.

I use Conductor for SEO reporting, research, and content planning. It helps with search ranking visibility on Google and AI.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Conductor for SEO at SAP and find it extremely helpful for understanding content gaps and mapping posted content in a simple place. I love the feature that allows me to identify new topic opportunities and conduct keyword research to assess potential traffic. What I like most is how it simplifies the whole SEO process and makes SEO insights easy to understand and accessible for teams that aren’t deeply specialized in SEO. With Conductor, I can identify potential topics to write about and address user queries, effectively improving our positioning. Using Conductor's insights, I increased traffic by 177% in three months and improved my Google Search Console ranking by two positions to be in the top four. The initial setup was super easy, only taking a couple of minutes, and I appreciate that everything remains compliant. I really like the AI Topic Map feature too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I'm doing marketing for EMEA, I'd like to make keyword research for many countries, not just country by country. I find it very annoying that when I use the AI Search Performance I am limited to one area. It would be very valuable to do keyword research across multiple countries or at a regional level, rather than having to review each country individually. It's very hard to identify key trends when info is accessible in silos.

Conductor helps me understand content gaps, map our posts simply, and identify new topics for keyword research. It simplifies SEO, making insights accessible to teams not specialized in SEO. It boosts traffic and improves our Google ranking, aligning with my goal to democratize content.

I love how much I can get out of the Conductor app. There is a plethora of tools that truly help me make actionable decisions to enhance SEO. I'm especially finding value in optimizing keywords for AI search and the AI writing assistant as we work on optimizing our blog. The initial setup was very easy!

Sometimes I have trouble navigating where certain things and reports are within the app. There is just so much in there sometimes I forget how to get to certain reports.

I love the Explorer feature in Conductor because it gives me in-depth information on any site I need. I also appreciate the workspaces where I can easily check my metrics and receive weekly reports on my site. Conductor makes it easy to create reports and share my wins with my managers. The initial setup was very easy, with the team being fast and understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI suggestions need more improvement and also in-depth information in reports.

Conductor helps me get in-depth analysis data and track competitors, which boosts visibility and ranking. Explorer provides site insights, and workspaces let me share reports with managers easily, sending scheduled reports on time.
Powerful SEO Tool with a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like how accessible the research portion is of Conductor. It allows me to see my competitors and understand how their keywords are engaging in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the user interface is kind of hard to find the tools that Conductor offers. You really have to dig deep unless someone shows it to you or you really dig, it's hard to find all of the kinds of research that you can conduct.

Conductor provides optimized viewer engagement on web pages, guides SEO performance, ranks keywords, and serves as an analytics tool for stakeholders.
Love the SEO Insights you get from Content Guidance
What do you like best about the product?
I love the content guidance feature in Conductor. It's extremely useful to receive customized help on specific topics, especially when trying to write on a specific topic or reoptimize content. I find it very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little easier to use tools related to AI, and that there was more guidance on making your webpage appear in the AI Overview.
