Comprehensive SEO Tool with AI Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I use Conductor to monitor SEO metrics for my clients and really like having all metrics in one place, so I don't need to use multiple platforms. I really like that you can see AI mentions over time, which helps in improving the content. I like that you can make page groups and keyword groups to track performance over time for implementations. We optimize specific pages on websites, so having those grouped together along with corresponding targeted keywords is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the keyword rankings, it would be helpful to see which pages on the site are earning those specific rankings. The AI citations is a bit open-ended, you have to know exactly what prompts to track when they could be so different from what real people are actually searching. It is a learning curve for sure because there are so many different things that you can use it for that we are still learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Conductor to centralize SEO metrics, eliminating the need for multiple platforms. It helps organize page and keyword groups for better tracking and improvements. AI mentions guide content enhancement over time.
Reliable SEO & AEO Insights with an Easy UI and Helpful Chrome Plugin
What do you like best about the product?
At our company, Conductor is the only tool we rely on for SEO and AEO data. Many of us on the SEO team use the tool every day, and the information it shows is used to generate an executive-level report. I also use the Chrome plugin to audit our webpages for SEO compliance and identify opportunities. The UI is fairly easy to understand, but to get the most out of it, you might need some training. I do like the new AI feature to see how we are doing with the AI bots. It does perform in a timely manner for us. So far, the tool is a good value for what we paid for the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Conductor is that they demo features and say they will be ready to use soon, only to have us wait several months later to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to identify where we stand in the SEO and AEO world, and helps identify what the opportunities are on what pages.
Excellent 24/7 Monitoring with easy UI, GA4/GSC integration, and instant chat support
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature, in my opinion, is the 24/7 website monitoring, as it allows you to spot issues in real time, receive alerts on the go, and customise the data through segments and custom extractions. The interface is really easy to use, it integrates with GA4 and GSC, and the chat support is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many other SEO tools, the pricing model for tracking keywords - and now prompts - can make it a bit tricky for larger organizations to decide which keywords or prompts to track, since each plan comes with a limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me spot technical issues in real time, give different stakeholders visibility into organic performance, and integrate data from multiple platforms in one place. Overall, this makes reporting easier, clearer, and more unified.
Digestible AEO/SEO Insights and a Time-Saving Explorer Feature
What do you like best about the product?
What I honestly appreciate most is how it breaks down complex AEO and SEO metrics into something that’s actually digestible for our broader marketing team. On top of that, the “Explorer” feature has been a huge time-saver for me: I can quickly identify high-intent topics, and seeing exactly how we stack up against competitors for specific “answer engine” results is gold.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI feels a bit clunky when I’m managing multiple segments, and it takes too many clicks to find specific reports. I also wish the integrations with automation tools were more seamless; as it stands, I’m doing more manual data exporting than I’d like, which slows things down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It honestly just stops me from flying blind. Before, I was guessing what people were searching for, but now I have actual data to back up my automation workflows. The biggest win is the time it saves me, I don’t have to jump between five different tools anymore to get a clear report for my manager.
Reliable Keyword Tracking with Actionable Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Keyword tracking and performance overview. The data seems reliable and I can easily access insights to act on or share with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always intuitive, and some edits I want to make are not available where I want to work, e.g. I have to leave a view and go into a keyword to change preferred URL (or maybe it was keyword group).
I also still value "traditional" SEO, but that's being more and more hidden as AI is being pushed. An example: When I want to see an overview of keywordgroups I have to navigate several steps. Performance ->Traditional Search ->More -> Keyword Groups. I know I can have the view in a workspace/dashboard but sometimes I want to see the specific KWG view.

We can now have SEO analysis and reporting in the same platform as where we create content update guidelines, and the content team can work directly in Conductor too, which is nice. It also makes it easy to see SEO performance.
Feature-Rich Platform for Metrics, Content Generation, and Fresh Ideas
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of features not only for metrics but also to help with content generation and ideas

While the features are impressive, the sheer number of capabilities and options can feel overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of internal analytics support so I can go into the platform to find on my own. This helps me understand the performance on content I create online
Solid SEO basics, but web tracking expectations fell short
What do you like best about the product?
From an organic search perspective, it’s pretty much everything you’d expect from a system that’s connected to your analytics account and tracks keywords—covering the SEO basics you need and doing a solid job of keeping those fundamentals in one place. The workspaces section is intuitive and the new pages section is great, along with the pages grouping.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest frustrations are: a) I signed a 2-year agreement right before new features launched, and now I’m stuck on an older pricing structure based on keywords that feels moot. I’ve tried to discuss revising the agreement for the final year, but those conversations haven’t progressed. b) In my initial discussions, I was led to believe I’d have more web tracking capabilities like those in SEMRush, only to find that those features are part of a separate monitoring section/platform that wasn’t included in my original agreement. c) I was sold on the content writing portion of the platform after seeing a LinkedIn video with comparisons, and it really hooked me. But I later found that the content writing score can change even when the content itself hasn’t, which makes it hard to trust the results. d) The AI tracking is tied to credits. For one, it wasn’t available when I signed, so it wasn’t part of my initial agreement. And I’d prefer a flat price to track all AI search (like SEMRush does, which I almost chose and will most likely go back to once my contract is over).

Allowed us to eliminate a 3rd party internet marketing partner, allows for simplified tracking of competitors, what AI information I can gather has been helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I brought in Conductor a couple of years ago when I began building the SEO function at BJ’s. Over that time, the platform has played a critical role in helping the team mature both our content and technical SEO capabilities.
The partnership has been strong and collaborative, with a consistent focus on solving business challenges. Most recently, I’ve been particularly impressed with their thought leadership around AEO/GEO and their innovation in developing AI-readiness reporting, which is helping us stay ahead of evolving search trends.

Pricing can be a little expensive. I also believe it would be helpful for the Conductor team to provide a larger support team.

What do you like best about the product?
Conductor Intelligence has clean UI, and it's fast. The intuitive UI makes it very easy to navigate across our SEO and AEO workflows. The platform performs reliably across large datasets, with dashboards and insights. The best part is their customer support, they are very helpful and knowledgeable, providing timely assistance and clear guidance when needed. Since we are more focused on improving our brand's AI search visibility, Conductor's AI tracking and insights capability helps in monitoring search trends, content opportunities, and visibility in emerging AI‑driven search experiences. Overall, I am very satisfied with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Conductor is a strong platform overall, some workflows can feel a bit rigid at times, and more in-depth customization for dashboards and AI insights would be helpful. There’s also a learning curve with the more advanced features, so it can take new users some time to fully understand them and get the most out of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor addresses the challenge of connecting SEO performance with emerging AEO insights by bringing keyword ranking, content performance, technical SEO and AI-driven search visibility together in a single platform. This makes it easier for us to pinpoint priority topics across the funnel, optimize content for both traditional search and AI answers, and cut down on manual analysis. As a result, we can make faster, better-informed decisions and improve visibility in SERPs as well as in AI-generated responses.
Easy Monitoring with Reliable Alerts
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Conductor is easy to use for monitoring alerts for our sites. It's great that it gives us a heads up on any issue, making it easier to get an alert for 404 pages. I also appreciate being able to use custom segments, and I find your support helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like it if the issue occurrence was added to the main overview instead of just in the details.

I use Conductor for monitoring alerts, it easily gives us a heads up on any issue and makes it easier to get an alert for 404 pages.
