What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Conductor is that the platform can sometimes feel complex and overwhelming, especially for new users. Some features and data insights require time to fully understand and navigate efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor solves problems related to SEO visibility, content optimization, and website performance monitoring, helping teams identify opportunities to improve rankings, analyze competitors, and fix technical SEO issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Conductor to be thorough and comprehensive, and I appreciate its growing suite of tools. The Writing Assistant is a tool I use nearly every day; it's effective at quickly reviewing and adding recommendations for content. Also, setting up Conductor was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd appreciate daily keyword rank tracking updates and more granular AEO/LLM visibility metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Conductor for keyword tracking and content strategy. The Writing Assistant is effective at quickly reviewing and adding content recommendations.

Streamlined SEO Insights & Growing for AI Visibility

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Conductor is very non-practitioner-friendly, making it easy for me to create workspaces that others on different teams can understand and act on without much additional input from me. I value how Conductor considers the impact of insights across different departments and makes information accessible and shareable, even for those not in an SEO-centric role. I use market share charts regularly to highlight performance in meetings, including executive ones, and the information is presented clearly, minimizing misunderstandings. It's also great that interested parties have the option to create their own workspaces to capture info that is most helpful to them. The initial setup was pretty simple, especially with the supportive help from their customer service team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still early days for their AI features, and it can be slow to load reports at times. You generally can only compare data WoW rather than selecting individual days. I've also struggled at times to export the volume of data I'd hope to pull out of the platform, since we have an enterprise-sized site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Conductor for keyword research, content updates, and checking AI visibility. It helps identify content gaps, track organic rankings, and evaluate marketshare. Its clear insights aid executive communication and improve our website for users and crawlers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Conductor because it's easy to use and the features are often updated. The UX/UI is responsive, and I really enjoy looking at keyword and page analysis which reduces the friction in receiving the information that I need from the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is a bit rigid and sometimes requires manual manipulation outside of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor helps us identify opportunities to strengthen our presence as AI search becomes an important discovery channel.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Conductor to assess my clients' organic visibility and appreciate its 'topics and prompt tracking' feature. It's super valuable because it helps me identify content gaps in topics I wouldn't otherwise notice. The ability to see real questions from our audience and ensure alignment with my clients' brand sentiment is crucial. Additionally, Conductor's team sets up a monthly meeting, showcasing how to use the platform and answering all our questions, which made the initial setup very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to differentiate the local and corporate pages when looking at the domain from a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor helps me assess organic visibility and identify areas needing improvement, like service pages or blog content. The topics and prompt tracking feature is super valuable for identifying content gaps and aligning with the brand's sentiment.

What do you like best about the product?
Conductor is an amazing Enterprise SEO platforms, and one of the most impressive in the market right now. Their new AI Search Performance features are comprehensive; organizations can monitor their brand presence across AI search engines, get insights into user intent and behavior, and track topics related to the entities they're optimizing for. You'll also see data about brand mentions and citations across AI search platforms, which helps to have a better understanding of GEO/AEO performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conductor is retiring the Keyword report, and the AI Search widgets are glitchy when added to Workspace reports. This is something their product team should QA more often and stay on top of, because it affects reporting and the users' ability to export this data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor gives me clear visibility into AI search metric data that my clients’ organizations otherwise don’t have. It also has a strong community of ambassadors that share knowledge on tactics and better practices in the SEO community.

What do you like best about the product?
Organic search performance tracking that combines data from Google Search Console.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards and visual representations of data aren’t very customizable, so it’s hard to tailor them to our needs.

New platform, and UI was a bit difficult to learn at first but it has been getting easier with each session and building my workspaces.
