What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand, actionable output for users of all levels of expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface can be slow sometimes. Maybe due to the amount of websites, but it's not always responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve issues that are not in the core of our users: H1 issues, title issues, missing analytics scores and so on.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed to access page data & issues and the ability to categorize content by internal parameters helps make sense of site opportunities for internal organizational structures and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Content King has gone beyond the call of duty to help us solve particular internal needs. They even rolled out features just for our uses during our pilot phase. This is a tool we'll never stop using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CK is helping us track our CMS migration progress and any indexation/globalization issues through that high-touch process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it sooner rather than later. This tool can create endless value for SEOs and webmasters alike.
Great way to monitor your site 24/7 and to get ahead of issues!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the segmentation options are endless and that the ContentKing team is quick with the support whenever I need their help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes bug will appear, for example URLs being included in alerts for segments that don't actually contain those URLs, which can make you wonder if the segment really includes what you need it to include.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting ahead and quickly resolving noindex issues, unwanted changes in meta data, etc.

Stop manually crawling your site to find out if issues have been happening. Use ContentKing, setup your segments and alerts, and get ahead of disaster.

The internal links report is incredibly useful, I export these and use for anchor text analysis very regularly
What do you dislike about the product?
The alerts are often wrong, when checking a warning for a status code change or broken link often I can't find it on the page.

Auditing content and resolving technical issues quickly, improving internal linking on site

Alerts for things that matter, able to access the data without it eating away at storage, and it's so easy to navigate!
What do you dislike about the product?
The limits on URLs per site can be tricky if you work with/on lots of sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to catch changes to hreflang etc, and we've been able to easily diagnose and solve these issues!

The overview of issues and the alerts/notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
They only thing which might be a small dislike, is the fact that you'll have to set everyting up properly, which takes a bit. But that's the only thing, feature-wise there aren't any dislikes.

Knowing when something has gone wrong and to have an overview and backlog of tasks for SEO hygiene.

Content King is a must for enterprise SEO!
What do you like best about the product?
Instant notifications of changes or potential issues for our large websites. This is super helpful because it's very difficult to keep track of changes that happen on our site daily - Content King keeps this organized for us and lets us know when something may have changed so that we can go and review it. It has saved us on a number of occasions and our developers love it as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't think there's anything I dislike about this tool. I haven't come across anything negative - it's very intuitive and there's a lot of documentation to help me learn more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One example I can provide is that Content King helped us detect when our heading tags (H1s) were changing/removed across our site. This immediately allowed us to approach the dev team and inquire about this potential issue. Luckily, we were able to fix this issue before it became more widespread.

What do you like best about the product?
Their reporting is great, but so are a lot of other reporting platforms out there. The magic here is the "live" element and not having to wait till the next time a crawl is scheduled. Their GDS integration is awesome too. Great piece of technology with a fantastic team behind it.

Nothing at present, sorry! Loving every part so far. no faults.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting features throughout the tool are really helpful to get a quick glance on how a site is doing, keyword movers, and search visibility. Having access to DeepCrawl is great so that I can run technical audits of the site. I also like using Conductor's Chrome Extension to easily access on-page info and that they regularly host webinars on SEO.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although they provide a lot of material on using Conductor, I think there's more of a learning curve compared to other SEO tools. The tool can be helpful if you know what you need and how to get it. Also, a lot of my work is related to backlinks which isn't an area Conductor focuses on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor shines in keyword tracking and being able to group keywords into different buckets for analysis and reporting. It also keeps track of changes you make on a page which helps you see if that has any effect on its rankings.
