Great For Rankings Tracking and Analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Conductor does a great job at being user friendly and integrating all the potential data points. When fully setup, it provides a lot of valuable insights to boost performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The overall account management and client services seems to have gotten worse over the years. There's also some limitations in applying workspaces to every account. It unfortunately needs to be done manually each team instead of being apply to do a template type approach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and performance in general for different stakeholders of an organization. Each stakeholder needs to cover slightly different topics. There also needs to be some better tools for enterprise and being able to apply things to multiple websites instead of needing to create everything each time.
Feature rich seo platform
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive. Custom dashboards work well. You can even generate tasks from Conductor to Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keywords are analyzed weekly and up charges to track daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track and trend thousands of keywords. The Smart Categories make it easy to see how we're doing at a glance. Able to support strategic and technical seo anaylses.
Strong SEO platform for multiple audiences
What do you like best about the product?
Conductor provides a good toolkit for building both high level and expert audiences. Most platforms typically are really good for one audience type (usually reporting for high level summations), however with Conductor not only am I able to give reports to the executive team, but I can also use it to drill down on the items that matters most for the content team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I truly dislike about Conductor. I think there are a handful of areas that could be tweaked, for instance, for myself whose had a background using Moz as well as handling data directly (such as through sql inquiries), I had to get use to the user interface and I had to setup a lot of things to make it usable for myself. But the functionality is there to do so. So not really a complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I pull data out of Conductor to see correlations between how the audience sees my company compared to how the marketers market the company (organic vs paid). I also use the data to work with various teams on how to tweak their ad copy to be more aligned with the audience/customer.
Solid platform with great SEO consulting experts who creatively leverage their search knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
The hands on consulting and structure around customer support seems like their biggest differentiator in my experience in this space. Their platform and their people is like hiring an SEO team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a little difficult to navigate and interpret.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding consumer behavior, maximizing organic search traffic and conversion.
Amazing customer support so that ANYONE can get a grasp on SEO
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Explorer feature so that I can research keywords and topics to influence future pieces of content on our blogsite.

I'm a little intimidated to pull my own reports because I'm not always confident I have everything set up correctly.

Optimizing our site
Great SEO and content change awareness and fantastic customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Real time notifications of changes and issues that happen on your site is far superior to any other SEO product such as MOZ or Semrush. It is actually a fun product to work with for technical and seo because when a notice is given or present when you fix the issue you see the error corrected and health of site improved. Other SEO products give you notices of errors but you don't know if your fix or change has been done correctly until you submit them for real crawl. Customer service is also 10 out of 10. Almost immediate response and extremely flexible with plans and options to ensure we have the best results and that the software is working at optimum for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it is quite a solid service with lots of bells and whistles of use. It's ideal for sites that have lots of technical and seo issues and sites that go through lots of changes. If you are an agency I can see this software being extremely helpful in real time notification and ability to change. As a small business owner - like we are - Content King is ideal to get your site up to scratch and if you can allocate budget it keep it in place - it is ideal for real time technical monitoring of your site/s.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time alerts to errors and changes to our site are very helpful - especially when a lot of hands are touching the site and it is hard to see who is doing what. The other benefit is that because it is real time it is much more satisfying to address content issues while using Content King over other SEO/technical services like Moz or Semrush because when you fix issues you instantly get updates to the fix and site health. With Moz or Semrush you could have not actually fixed and issue such and you have to wait until you resubmit a crawl to find out it wasn't fixed where Content King gives you instant feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try and use this software if you work on technical issues or SEO issues with your site or have a lot of people touching your website. If you are an agent Content King is a no brainier and would greatly help manage a sites issues in real time.

A must have tool if you are in Content Marketing

The real-time crawling and easy to understand view on the issues and data.

Very limited WordPress integration and limited Chrome Plugin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To find what has been broken on your content websites and what prevents Google and customers to use your sites in the best way possible. ContentKing is really helpful to find those issues on your website(s) and give you advice on how to fix it. The daily emails also helped me find issues that have been created by my writers, broken links, missing meta descriptions, etc. We actually got content ranked because we fixed the issues found by ContentKing.

ContentKing is a must if you handle lots of content and you need to be ahead of Google.

Getting great keyword ideas, content analysis, tracking ranked keywords for organic and paid to see the effects of our paid campaigns on our organic rankings.
The Best Content Monitoring SEO Software Around!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it monitors the changes that I am making in real-time as I make them. It gives me a score of what needs to be fixed. I like that it has a plugin for WordPress, a Chrome Extension, and a Saas application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that I can't change the slider to a manual number. It would be nice to be able to manually put a number into the slider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am monitoring the SEO on my website. I am ranking my websites higher in the search engines.
