Really helped when changing shopping carts
What do you like best about the product?
Content King has been invaluable to us while changing platforms from Magento to Shopify. Every change I make gets emailed to me, errors are shown and easily understandable. I would have never known about the issues it showed me. Very helpful tool. Great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Which the price was more affordable for small businesses but the no commitment is wonderful. I'll keep for a few months until I get through the issues and feel more comfortable that the transfer went well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't realize how many duplicate descriptions I had. I also had a canonical issue I needed to address as well as some broken links.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
test it out and see what it finds!
Amazing Software & Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The software works incredibly well for anyone doing SEO, it makes things easy to see and understand. Their customer service is even better than their already amazing software! Highly recommended. Everything they offer is extremely user friendly and easy to learn. You can see the pages of your website and any issues with them so that you can fix them easily, it even sends you email alerts in case there are any changes or issues with your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike to be very honest. Perhaps an email reminder before yearly invoices, that would be it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Search Engine Optimization made easy.

Don't even hesitate, you won't regret it.
Actionable onpage seo with live alerts
What do you like best about the product?
The instant alerts on changes to a website is exceptionally good and saves so much time over running regular audits. The layout is easy to read, easy to follow and easy to implement with useful tips and info on what needs changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website is misleading and does not mention you have to pay for 1000 pages at a minimum per website, even if that website only has 20 pages. This information is hidden in support documents. Built in reporting for clients, so able to report via email on the changes that have bene made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fixing issues is much quicker, meaning less likely to affect seo rankings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easier way to handle onpage issues, this is it. It is not a cheap option and does not replace other seo tools, but will compliment them.
Great platform to demystify SEO!
What do you like best about the product?
After some basic onboarding, the tool program is easy to navigate and provides clear, digestible insights to inform the development of your content and optimization of your site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searchlight is ROBUST! SEO is not my only responsibility, but touches many aspects of what I do in my daily work. There are SO many features that I can get sucked down a rabbit hole. The Insights Stream and Workspaces help to keep me focused and on task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our existing content was NOT optimized. Searchlight has helped us identify our greatest content opportunities. It's also helped us identify target keywords for new content so that we can write new material with those keywords in mind.

What do you like best about the product?
The real-time alerts are undeniably the best feature for me and my business. They provide me with a ton of insight which is appreciated by my clients. I catch problems, find solutions and preempt issues from happening with ContentKing - it's awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
It's such an intuitive tool there's very little I dislike - in fact I can't think of anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Major problems are often avoided with ContentKing - I had a client who noindexed his entire site by accident which was found by ContentKing and pinged in my inbox - picking up deleted pages and redirecting them to consolidate equity is another huge value add. I also loved the alert on SSL certification almost expiring !!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start the trial - it's 2 weeks long - you'll get a lot of value - use the support if you need help or advice - the support is excellent!
Valuable SEO and Content Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've used both BrightEdge and SeoClarity before, but Conductor's user interface is so much more intuitive. The features hierarchy makes sense, and it's easy to find the right tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Conductor Marketplace has good features, but there is no central spot to find the outcome of my requests. It would be nice if I could go into a section and view the results by date, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have uncovered some basic SEO issues with Conductor. From content hierarchy issues to duplicate page titles embedded in templates, Conductor has helped bring to light some significant technical details that have been easy to remedy.
ContentKing team goes above and beyond in their customer service and support.
What do you like best about the product?
The tool does a great job catching SEO-related issues quickly, and alerting us when one of our sites needs immediate attention.

I'd prefer a lower price, but ContentKing's customer service has helped validate the cost.

ContentKing has allowed us to monitor a slew of websites for changes as we're not always privy to content additions/subtractions/changes before they're implemented.
Additionally, we leverage the tool as a quick content inventory that's always up-to-date and includes a change history, which has been great!

Amazing product & Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a product to monitor changes on our clients' websites and most important, alert us when something bad happens, exactly when it happens.
The fact that Content King does not need "on demand" crawls and it's a continuously monitoring tool made it our best choice and couldn't be happier with the decision.
On top of that, cannot praise enough their support team, top notch gang! :)

What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to be able to export nice pdfs but this is just me being picky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Websites monitoring on a 24/7 basis, being able to catch potential issues as they happen. With over 400 websites, it would be impossible to do this without this amazing tool.

I really enjoy the consistent monitoring of my sites and the alerts. I can rest easier at night knowing the system is monitoring all of the important factors on our sites. I also like that it can alert me to any changes a client might make that I don't know about.

Website Monitoring made easy for websites big and small!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automatic monitoring and emails I receive from ContentKing to let me know the status of my websites. I have a small agency, but we do a lot of website migrations. The fast notifications when domain names are moved, or sites go live, or issues are picked up are very important to me to be able to offer my clients speedy service.
I also appreciate the kind and helpful support staff. There really is very little that I do not appreciate about this affordable service.

I say this very honestly, there is not anything that I have found yet that I dislike about this service. I must say that I am new as a user and still exploring the functionality of this powerful tool.

I like being able to develop an actionable plan to improve a website's SEO.
