Content King delivers
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other crawlers, Content King is constantly scouring my websites, letting me know when there are issues that I may not have otherwise caught for a while. It's an invaluable tool for any SEO with large sites
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have a dislike for the tool. It "does what it says on the tin"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEO related issues post-release. We've been able to catch certain issues before they've been live for too long. It also gives us peace of mind.
Must have SEO tool
What do you like best about the product?
Contentking is very easy and intuitive to setup. Excellent UI as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be handy to adjust website settings in bulk per user.

We manage over 300 websites. Thanks to ContentKing we can track a wide range of issues with websites better than ever before.

What do you like best about the product?
Conductor is truly an all-in-one SEO discovery, monitoring, and recommendation platform. With historical keyword rankings and quick access to result types, Conductor gives both high-level and granular overviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the mobile and desktop variations of the keywords are counted as two separate keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to make quick business decisions based on the data Conductor provides.
Brilliant tool for site change monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
ContentKing's ability to tell you what has changed on a site between different comparison dates. Its API, data studio connector and ability to extract and monitor custom elements makes the tool an essential part of our SEO tool stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the tool, whilst it is missing some things other cloud-based crawlers have it has its own niche in the market and does it very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Change monitoring including custom elements e.g. content/number of products on categories.

100% control of your content and futureproof solution
What do you like best about the product?
Connecting all necessary resources (Search console, Analytics) combined with their own powerfull creawler Contentking gives you near realtime feedback of your improvements. Collecting maximum point is very satisfying.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently we're missing the backlink part and the technical part of SEO (pagespeed). We stil need other tools for having the complete overview. Nevertheless Contentking gives the best input regarding the hands-on checklist.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about this tool is the ease of use and the ability to customize specific reports depending on who you're reporting information to. Conductor breaks down the information and makes it easy for both novice and expert users to understand.
Besides the ease of use I would say the customer support I receive and relationship I have with my Conductor team is next to none. I always feel supported and know I can always email them with questions I have regarding my accounts. I meet bi-weekly and this works perfectly for my schedule. I oversee organic search for all of our brands, and Kevin helps me uncover issues across all of my brands that I probably wouldn't see without our calls. They are flexible and willing to help with any questions you may have. I also really enjoy using the chat feature if I have a quick question. Customer service is something that's very important to me and I have never experienced a company that offers this type of support besides conductor.

I don't really have anything to say here besides maybe pricing. But then again, you get what you pay for, and if you're wanting to make an investment and really see your ROI then look no further.

Conductor really lets me see the competitive landscape in a way I haven't before especially with the marketshare section. This lets me communicate how we're ranking in comparison to competitors and identify opportunities for improvement.

This is definitely a marketing platform worth investing in!
Great SEO / SEM Tool With Many Features
What do you like best about the product?
Conductor Searchlight is an amazing tool that my company uses on a daily basis. While we primarily use the software for organic search engine optimization, Searchlight can help you with SEM as well.
They have a great "Explorer" tool for doing research and investigations, which is where I spend most of my time. They also have phenomenal tools for analyzing content on your site. You can do things like content mapping, checking performance of your content, and checking the performance of your YouTube videos.
Whenever we have questions, our reps are quick to get back to us. They came to visit our company a few months ago and it was lots of fun! Whenever our assigned representatives aren't available, their backup support is always quick to help in their place.

Updating our list of keywords can be a bit tedious as it has to be uploaded in a spreadsheet with a particular format. Moreover, Conductor Searchlight is better for North American SEO efforts as their international and multi-language outreach is still somewhat limited. This can be frustrating for my team, as we're a company that does business in dozens of countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just makes everything you do as an SEO professional much easier. Track your keywords and organize them however you wish, use DeepCrawl to perform internal site audits, review their automated recommendations to improve organic performance, the list goes on and on.

not being able to set max page / website lower than 1000. Alltho this is only an issue when managing several small websites and even then only optional.

Having previously worked with other enterprise-level SEO platforms, I've found that Conductor Searchlight has provided the most comprehensive platform that fully supports our daily activities and content optimization efforts.

Searchlight is a great content platform but the technical insights could be strengthened.

We use Searchlight for keyword research, content opportunity identification, content analysis, competitive research, dashboard/reporting insights, etc.

Searchlight allows us to create more targeted content that ultimately saves us time and money by increasing our organic search results and eliminating needless content reworks.

The way that I use Searchlight really doesn’t have any cons for me. However, I know our wider SEO team is excited to see new integrations for the platform that can increase its ease of use.

Searchlight has saved us a lot of rework by showing us where we’re winning and how our pages/content is stacking up against others in those search categories. It’s also allowed us to see exactly where we need to improve and spend those man-hours to make the greatest impact on reaching our customers.

Give them a shot. The Conductor team does an excellent job of training you to use Searchlight, but they're also always available to help when you need it. Every interaction I've had with our team in the over a year that I have been involved has been fantastic.
