Focused lists and categorised issues
What do you like best about the product?
Issues are broken down to easy to understand parts. A problem halved is a problem solved but a problem broken into many parts is a problem solved efficiently! The UI is nice and intuitive, colourful and works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page reloads can sometimes be a bit... "janky". For example; leaving it open in a tab for a while and then coming back, it can sometimes break or take a while to display anything again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have picked up on issues that we never realised using many other tools. Problems which are not particularly hard to fix or major but by fixing them we have strengthened our website's SERPs as well as made it easier to manage.
Nice feature set, and very responsive, helpful support
What do you like best about the product?
UI/UX is more enjoyable to use, and often more insightful, than competitive tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The same UI/UX can be confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We monitor our site on a daily basis. CK regularly highlights issues our dev team didn't know we had.
Great SEO Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I am still fairly new to SEO Marketing and have found Conductor to be extremely helpful and user friendly! There are plenty of resources for users to navigate exactly to what they need while also having a detailed overview of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program has really expanded my understanding of SEO marketing with it's user friendly platform that guides you along the process. As a beginner, I would highly recommend it to others in all stages of their career!
Great service and perfect support
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of ContentKing is what I like the best : it does its job perfectly, in a clear, precise, straight to the point and user experience focused manner. Also, one has to insist on the quality and swiftness of their support.
What do you dislike about the product?
ContentKing is a demanding tool, it sits with high standards : the main downside of that is that you may feel like you're getting unnecessary alerts informing you about small issues that you might not have time to deal with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, I profit from ContentKing's devoted watch on my websites : it keeps an eye on my websites at all time while allowing me to dig into its useful data when I need to.

Make sure you're ready to put in the work ContentKing will demand as to make adjustments : it has a high quality standard for your website and its contents.

Changed a lot of meta stuff that was not right (too long, too short, double) and added of changed code that was not used oke. The best is that u see almost directly the effect of it

What do you like best about the product?
This tool offers many ways to view your SEO performance with the ability to customize it and instantly improve upon it. I love that you can see your competitor rankings and all the details that come with it. You can explore how users & the market search for content online. The training was very helpful as they teach you best practices and how to spot low hanging fruit. SEO is very powerful and it's so important that your company is maximizing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new customer, so far there is nothing to dislike. I understand that they are always coming out with new features and insights, so I look forward to see how they expand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many times companies have their own terminology and lingo that you wonder if the market uses the same terms (or if we just made it up). Conductor is able to pinpoint exactly what users call things and search for with sufficient evidence and facts to back it up. The benefits help us change the way we create content to fully maximize our opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to be able to utilize the recommendations section. At the end of the day, mining data to determine the best action manually is time-consuming. Conductor takes all the guesswork out of the equation and gives recommendations that I can take action on. That is priceless for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is obvious that Conductor has had years to troubleshoot, A/B test, and upgrade their platform to the best option for search engine optimization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really had a problem identifying where our competitors were beating us for specific search terms in specific regions. Conductor gives us the ability to identify which of our competitors are beating us to page one as well as identify what they are doing to beat us so we can mimic their efforts.

Integrating with Deep Crawl, SEMRush and Talkwalker's social metrics, Conductor are clever enough to leverage best of breed tech and API into their platform, and this means as those other platforms evolve, you get the benefit of this via Conductor.
It's a dream to set up the basic stuff any SEO needs, like KW tracking - segmented by topic or team, and the competitive intelligence is fabulous. The ability to view Quick Answer Boxes, Events, News articles, local snack pack stuff - hardly groundbreaking but the way the platform works is fluid, a nice easy interface and is FAR easier for non SEO heads to use and abuse.

Easy-to-Use and Thorough
What do you like best about the product?
Conductor makes using their tool extremely easy. There isn't a huge learning curve required in order to jump into the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor annoyances with labeling on the charts and graphs that make readability an issue, but it doesn't detract from the value in any way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor enables us to do all our SEO in one platform. We don't need to jump around multiple tabs or use multiple reporting methods. Everything is in one place and it's easy to find.
