Very useful tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to easily identify recommendations for site.

There are limitations on the number of reports you can add to 1 workspace
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conductor Searchlight helps us identify keyword recommendations as well as website update recommendations to make our content more SEO friendly.
Makes SEO management a breeze.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate dashboard that turns data into actionable insights and digestable reports. Turned once tedious manual tasks into easy automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
A backlink feature would be useful to replace the removed legacy feature. As well as being able to filter some recommendations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing two businesses online presence at once and with ease. SEO is only 1/8 of my position and this allows me to manage everything more efficiently. Turns the long process of data collection and reporting into a simple task. Conductor also allows me to better assist our content team in developing engaging content that will drive traffic.

What do you like best about the product?
The insight stream is very helpful to keep me alerted the ups and downs of our SEO performance.
The content performance annotation is instrumental for me and the web team to stay on track with the website changes and SEO performance.
Most of the reports allow me to drill down to the detail. That is extremely helpful for us to deep dive the data. It is like having all data on my figure tip.
Life chat support is very convenient and helpful.
The onboarding process is first class.
The customer success is very helpful and will run the extra mile to help me.

The insight stream has much good insight every day. It is hard to keep up with it. Currently getting a weekly digest only. Hope that I can to set up a daily email alert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Searchlight for everything we do about SEO/SEM, competitive analysis, keyword research, keyword performance, and content performance tracking and reporting, SEO dashboard, technical SEO, Link opportunity research...etc. I also worked with Conductor's customer success manager closely on ad hoc report, SEO campaigns, root cause analysis...etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use interface and partnerships they have formed with other tools. It is becoming an all in one place tool for global companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a huge negative but the reporting platform is basic but better than others. I wish they would focus more on it and make it something that really is custom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a global company and we needed help beyond Google. Conductor has helped us see what is happening with other search engines with the partnerships they have with others.

Talk to their team and ask them the tough questions. For our needs, they were able to answer the tough questions and sit down and talk to us about what they can do to make our teams succeed.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Conductor client, there's no better feeling than knowing I've got direct access to some of the top SEO experts in the WORLD. Nobody understands search data like Conductor!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike! My only "complaint" comes from ME not having enough time in the day to utilize each of their services at 100%!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to better understand our audience, learning about some keywords and opportunities we didn't even realize we had available to us. We're also able to learn about new competitors we weren't previously tracking, and keep an eye on them.

Do yourself the biggest SEO favor ever: make the investment and get started now.
A great platform, guidance needed
What do you like best about the product?
Actionable insights emailed to key stakeholders on a cadence we choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform is robust, which is great and difficult at the same time. Ensure that you ask for an ace training team because those are essential. Do NOT try to do the on-boarding on your own, there's a lot to learn and Conductor's team mostly does a good job of showing you all the bells and whistles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Conductor, I was able to take my time to hire an SEM specialist when our rockstar moved on to another opportunity. The platform allowed us to keep making optimizations to landing pages, and even paid search, without having to hurry our hiring process. Once we found the right fit for our team, our new SEMer was able to quickly get acclimated and make optimizations with Conductor.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product is best in the hands of someone who is an SEM/SEO expert. While it was pitched to us as an SEMer's replacement, I don't think it goes quite this far. Yes, Conductor helped us keep an eye on our rankings, but the interaction with managed services was less than ideal, with the project manager moving much faster than we liked, pushing us into decisions we weren't ready to make and handing us off as quickly as possible.
A little setup goes a long way.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal was to boost organic traffic year over year and Conductor was incredibly helpful in doing so. We utilized the basic weekly win/loss report that was setup by a Conductor employee in order to identify areas we could improve our search engine optimization. In addition, we were also able to go into the recommendations section when we had some free time and improve the content on random pages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot. However, DO NOT try to learn how to use it entirely on your own. The Conductor team is very knowledgeable that it really does make using the tool infinitely easier.

Development improvements on the tool is regularly updated ensuring best-in-class advanced technology. The team is dedicated to customer success.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are new with the partnership, but so far things have been fantastic. The staff is dedicated and knowledgeable and they want us to succeed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to see data that we would otherwise not have access to; to make informed data-driven decisions vs intuition. Specifically, we are able to track whether our pages are driving traffic and for which search terms; and what we need to do to move the needle.

If Page / Keyword performance is your goal, and you want to be competitive in the search space, this tool will allow you to up-skill your teams to be strategic content authors.
Good for a price
What do you like best about the product?
The way the SEO data are displayed is very modern and useful. As well the crawling speed is very high and you can define it in the settings, e.g. slow down during the day and speed up during the night. All notifications sent by CK are accurate and what is the most important, they are not overwhelming nor redundant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Im still missing the opportunity to check and refresh page status in batches/bulks after I made an massive changes in for measured pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very hard to spot changes that can damage you site, if it counts thousands of pages. If there is any SEO change that impacts all or majority of the pages, the dashboards and reports allows to identify them very quickly.

It is really worth to try. Since I've joined CK there were several updates and improvements introduced by the CK Team, e.g. integration with Google Analytics. It seems the product will be developed long and improved with featuyres requested by users.

But the best part is the monitoring part of the tool. It checks 24 hours / 7 days a week our website. So when we make a mistake, we know Contentking is going to find it and tell us about it.
Not only for SEO purposes but also for user friendliness. For example when there is a broken link.

I would like to see a better view of the historical changes (and exportable).
So we can see what we changed when a certain shift (for example the time on site went down) happened.

It gives us a feeling of safety. We manage to fix things a lot earlier. Sometimes, because we're a small team, we find out about things a month or even half a year later. And now with Contentking we fix things the same day.

Just try it out. I think it's possible to start with a free trial, I really recommend doing that.
And if you don't like it or it's too expensive (which I can't imagine), you atleast got a lot of recommendations for free from Contentking.
