Satisfied Druva customer for a couple of years
What do you like best about the product?
The advantages of using Druva are the immutability and security of data.
The backups are also encrypted, and restoration is straightforward, requiring minimal effort.

What do you dislike about the product?
The snapshot features for Windows and SQL cluster backups could be more comprehensive and detailed. Apart from this, everything has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us in some problematic backup-related situations; for example, the whole system failed once, and Druva helped us perform a quick and smooth bare-metal recovery of the OS and data.

Druva is one of the best cloud software I've ever come across!
What do you like best about the product?
The solution works easily as designed; the technical staff is prompt and helpful. Both Insync and Phoenix are easy to implement, modify and use when setting and changing backup policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Azure backup could be slightly more agile, and maybe the pricing could be slightly lower, but we get what we're paying for, so it has been worth it from the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution was implemented without any hiccups, we didn't face many issues, and the backups and restores ran smoothly.

Amazing Backup solution tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the Druva backup solution for the last two years, and it is a game-changer. It provides quick customer support and resolves issues faster. It backup laptops, various agents, and a Virtual machine with easy restoration steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that triggered me about the Druva solution is their slowness in restoration, especially from the secondary copy. Otherwise, it is a good backup solution tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up and managing the user's laptop is too convenient as it provides a user-friendly GUI interface. The E-discovery feature allows downloading legal hold users large-sized data faster at defined locations.

The product is super easy to use, and everyone at Druva is super communicative and easy to work with.

The reporting feature could be more in-depth and comprehensive like the end of the day reports for example.

Druva helps us with airtight backups, immutability, cyber-resilience and makes our cyber insurance happier- overall it has been a really good experience that we look to continue.
Druva - Amazing company, best service second to none!
What do you like best about the product?
Being a first-time customer of Druva, we needed a lot of assistance with the initial setup. The support team has been more than accommodating to help us, and show us what we need to do to make our configuration as successful as possible.

Absolutely nothing, everything is great with Druva!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are moving away from the high costs associated with Microsoft Azure backup platform, and the sales team with Druva, was able to make our budget fit! We also wanted an all-in-one platform that would not only backup our servers, but also our Salesforce environment. Druva is one of the few that actually allow an all-in-one solution. And The price point for service is better than any other competitor!

It is good tool available in market for data backup. We can integrate it easily and it has SSO. Backup is reliable and configure with simplecty

Not really that I can think now.just wish there is a public individual opt6for use at home for learning purpose.

superlative Druva Insync Backup Solution for Endpoints
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly UI and Easy to Administration, It is simple to implement and use. It's very flexible. The main benefit of this solution is that it automatically scans the files for ransomware after the backup is complete. The supportive support Team, Especially "Varun" Helped me from scratch to go live

I always have issues with MAC backups; Team Needs to investigate and improve more on Insync MAC backups

Druva Insync Solution protects multiple endpoints in our organization, immediate turn around time if we have any issues with insync client.
Very happy with the Druva products
What do you like best about the product?
Very low maintenance compared to other solutions. We started with a handful of remote servers. The experience convinced us to migrate our entire M365 backups.

There are some UI conventions that are not as intuitive as they could be.

Reliable remote site backups. The previous solution was complex to administer and unreliable.

What do you like best about the product?
I brought Druva to my last two employers, and they did not disappoint. Druva is a true partner and not your ordinary technology vendor. Both times, Druva helped me at a crunch time and delivered ahead of schedule. Druva's solutions are straightforward and work in both complex and simple ecosystems. Without saying, I will continue to bring in Druva as my partner in my next journey.
