Druva is the perfect backup solution for us.

Druva, among other things, offers excellent collaboration with the 24/7 Support team. All queries are worked upon diligently and quickly.

Importing users through Google AD is currently maybe not a functionality currently available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Druva has made my administrative job easier regarding setting up the backup rules.
Deploying replacement devices is also seamless and easy, restoring data from those devices is also easy.

Druva offers smooth performance and cloud protection
What do you like best about the product?
They support multiple backup locations across different geographies with uptime guarantees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more features and protections for workloads like NetApp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Druva, we have important data recovery points in case of unplanned outages and attacks like ransomware, it also saves us money and human resources.

The platform is reliable; the backups are immutable and reliable. Support is helpful and 24/7.

Some reports could be customised better specific to client requirements.

Our end users can safely work both in the office and remotely, and we can set up backup policies, even keeping geolocations and geofencing in mind.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure. Centralized backup for Cloud and On-Prem systems. Uses Amazon for storage.

Nothing to dislike at this time. Well rounded product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Druva backup sets were spread across multiple backup solutions. We were able to centralize all backups under Druva and get better visibilty.

I haven't ran into any issues with the Druva product.

A great backup solution.

Ease of use, accessible from anywhere, very intuitive interface, always available uptime.

Sometimes downloads take time if there is a large amount of date being downlaoded.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it can backup data from accross multiple OS and architecture platforms, Quickly and still have a very low impact on device performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a public individual option for use at home. There is no public offerings outside the corporate world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disaster recovery when its needed and data migration for device refreshes. We also use it for Litigation Holds and E Discovery.
Druva Data Resiliency Cloud Service
What do you like best about the product?
Druva has consistently provided excellent customer service. We are currently utilizing both the O365 backup and Server backup solutions. Both products are easy to use with only minor issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not encountered any real problems with the Druva Data Resiliency Cloud service. It is reliable and performs well for our environment. Luckily we have not had to utilize the service much but when we did need to use the service to restore files, it worked flawlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on Druva for all of our offsite server and O365 backups.

What do you like best about the product?
Druva is extremely easy to use, the UI is pretty clean and smooth to navigate through.
Audit trails for admin and non-admin logs can be saved forever, which gives us total control of our policies and changes.

What do you dislike about the product?
The backup destinations aren't supported as on-premises hardware anymore, which has its pros and cons. Some alerts like the critical ones are impossible to turn off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We protect a multitude of our workloads on Druva and knowing that our data is on a safe and secure cloud gives our admin team peace of mind. Druva also has excellent uptime guarantees and immutability of backups.
