Excellent tool to resolve IT issues!
What do you like best about the product?
The automation that the Bot provides is simply the best- time-saving, cost-saving, clean and neat!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, simply the best! I know the APIs have just been introduced, and I am looking forward to using them in our automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated replies on Slack channels, automated periodic notifications- which help solve most of the IT issues!
