Seamless Auto-Sync Across Devices That Just Works

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
From my experience, the biggest advantage is that everything stays updated across my devices automatically. I can save a file on my laptop and instantly access it on my phone without emailing it to myself or using a USB drive. It just works in the background, which saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Another downside for me is the pricing when you need more storage. While the platform works well, upgrading can feel a bit expensive compared to some other cloud storage options that offer more space on their free plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using it, I used to email files to myself or carry them on a USB drive just to move them between my laptop and phone. It was messy and easy to lose track of the latest version of a document. Dropbox removes that issue because my files are automatically synced and available anywhere.

Another problem it solves is sharing large files. Instead of dealing with email attachment limits, I can simply send a link to a file or folder. That makes collaboration much easier and faster.
