Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access files across multiple devices
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a non-commercial paid plan. I don’t need a whole TB of space, most of the time I’m accessing the files on my phone.

Great desktop integration
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with my laptop, so I can get access directly to my files from my computer

When I try to use it online, sometimes it doesn't let me connect to more than one account. I can get access to multiple accounts in the desktop version, but it's a little challenging sometimes online
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I don't use the online version too often, I don't see any lot of improvement

I think it's a bit pricey, the pricing is not super easy to understand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is able to store lots of large video files in folder structure where I am able to access them at a later time.
Reliable cloud storage with room for a cleaner mobile interface
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is extremely reliable for organizing and sharing documents across multiple devices. I especially like how seamless it syncs between my Mac and Windows computers, and the desktop app feels stable and fast. File version history and link sharing features are simple but powerful — perfect for managing professional files and personal backups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could be more organized - the “Home” tab sometimes feels cluttered compared to the clean desktop interface. I’d like to see a more structured view, similar to the desktop layout, especially for quickly accessing recent or pinned files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me organize, share, and store files across multiple devices (my iphone/ipad/mac book/mac mini) without worrying about version conflicts. It’s especially useful for managing business documents, client files, and backups between my office desktop and laptop. The shared links make it easy to collaborate securely with partners and students without constant email attachments.
