Seamless Cross-Device Editing with Great App Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like its integration with other apps. I can create documents on my computer using programs like Scrivener, and then edit them right on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration can feel a bit clunky. It may not even be Dropbox’s fault, but when I use Scrivener it isn’t very straightforward: I have to create new files within the program and then resync multiple times to get everything lined up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to send large files, edit them locally, and then easily sync everything to the cloud so I can keep editing on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use, and it makes it simple for me to share documents securely with my clients. The ability to file and organize documents the way you want also helps a lot, especially when you’re working with a diverse client base.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to be able to reassure my clients about Dropbox’s security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me control what goes into my financial software. Clients drop their files into Dropbox, and then I can better manage what is and isn’t entered. It keeps everything more organized, and I no longer have to receive paperwork in a shopping bag!!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my dropbox file on my desktop doesn't sync with the online dropbox profile - I add a file via the file tab but it doesn't sync without me manually having to sync the entire folder. It's fine just sometimes time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a ton of files for HR - Dropbox offers a space to organize into folders and keep all documents safe and protected.
Dropbox Makes File Sharing Hassle-Free
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't have to carry a flash drive and don't have to worry about saving files to the computer. I can log in to any computer, and all my files will be there. I also appreciate the amount of storage Dropbox offers because I have a lot of files, and I don't have to worry about deleting things. Dropbox is very, very easy to use, and it was never an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it is kind of becoming obsolete due to my company adopting OneDrive in the last couple of years, where basically, it is the same thing. You don't have to pay for the extra storage with OneDrive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of multiple file uploads and eliminates the need for a flash drive, protecting against computer viruses. It ensures my files are accessible on any computer without saving them locally.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s enabled us to work smoothly across a large team without issues. Everything stays online, so there’s no more chasing files around. It’s easy to upload, share, and edit together in real time. We can send links to partners and press instead of dealing with attachments, which works much better. It’s also helpful being able to see who has accessed or used the files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get messy fast if folders aren’t managed properly. Search isn’t always great when you’ve got loads in there. Sync can be a bit off at times, files not updating straight away. Pricing creeps up as you scale. Permissions can also get confusing across a big team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s allowed us to work across a big team without slowing down. Always online, easy to upload and share files, and we can edit together without sending versions back and forth. Sending links to external partners is simple, and being able to see who’s viewed or used files helps keep track.

Super User-Friendly, Fast Sync That Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
It is super user friendly, easy to integrate, works very fast, price is cheaper, its help section contains all information you need, the best part is when we drop something in it we don't need to worry it automatically uploads and sync in the background, without much human interaction, if we turn off the system it stops syncing and when we turn the system back it starts syncing again.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to be disliked in dropbox, everything is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can store our files and folders securely to cloud and can access them from anywhere it is saving our huge costs and also it supports cross team collaboration. We can also share files to external organization while the control is always in our hand. We can also track activity automatically.

Super easy to use. I love how quickly you can add items to a folder and remove them again, and how you can choose whether to show them publicly or keep them private.

I can’t say there’s much I don’t like about it. I’ve been using it for many years, and it has always worked well for me.

It lets me store pictures, videos, and documents, which helps me manage and support my websites more easily.
