What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Availability of my files everywhere I go.
Extremely intuitive storage & sharing utility
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use - on a Windows computer, it looks and behaves exactly like the Windows File Explorer so it's instant familiarity for a new user.
It's also tremendously easy to install and setup on Windows and mobile (I use Android), and syncing between devices is seamless.
My main use case with Dropbox is storage and sharing - it's both a backup for important files as well as a place for me to share between my own devices as well as with others.
It's effectively a parallel utility to storage on my computer, and I use Dropbox several times every week to access and/or share files.

dropbox makes it super convenient to share photos with friends
What do you like best about the product?
most everyone knows about dropbox, a lot of my friends have microsoft and google accounts but all use drop box to back up their laptops and it makes it super easy to share pictures with them when we out on a shoot together
What do you dislike about the product?
not everyone is a paid user so they do have to refer to another solution to store the photos i send rather than keep them all in one spot within the product itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is solving the problem of figuring out how to distribute content like pictures or pdfs to other friends and colleagues. this is benefiting me because i can upload all photos post processing to the drop box folder and not have to upload to multiple places which saves hours
10 years of happiness
What do you like best about the product?
easily stores all my data on a cloud without any interaction. Use on multiple computers and when the kids break my laptop, one less thing to worry about is getting all my data over to the new one

trying to think of one... this is too hard to find!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
having data available to all employees in real-time
Dropbox is a folder on my Mac. All my creative and work and business has lived there for 7 years.
What do you like best about the product?
It just works without friction right in the native desktop environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to say what the downsides are. At one point my subscription billing was run through apple via the app store/itunes. When there was a billing error due to change of cards, there was no way to get the product active through Apple or Dropbox despite payment, nor a way to switch to direct billing. This was really just an annoying couple hours of phone calls but really didn't have to deal with the product.

For whatever reason, the only option above is "cloud content collaboration". Yes I use Dropbox for this but largely I replaced my Documents folder with it for all my client work, business files, proposals and important personal/non-commercial creative work both collaborative and solo. It's backup but better. Just a guarantee that no matter how often (or not) I backup my Mac properly, all my most dear work over the last ~7 years is safe just by hitting cmd-s. And equally important, if my main Mac is down I can be up on a backup or borrowed system in five minutes, or I'm away or just want to pull up files to show someone online, no matter where, I can do it by logging in or pulling up a folder on my iPhone.
