Easy to use with efficient file management capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I've had an exceptionally positive experience with Dropbox. Its seamless login process across various devices is noteworthy, ensuring easy access to my files at all times. The cloud storage feature is particularly valuable, efficiently managing space on my computer. Sharing files is remarkably easy, allowing for hassle-free collaboration and file distribution. Dropbox Capture stands out for its user-friendly interface, making it ideal for demonstrations. While I use a different cloud service for work, Dropbox remains my preferred choice for personal use due to its straightforward approach in managing multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
To date, I have not encountered any downsides to using Dropbox, which speaks volumes about its reliability and user-centric design.

Dropbox has been instrumental in keeping my personal information and files both private and portable. Over the years, as my professional circumstances have changed, Dropbox has provided a consistent and reliable means of storing and accessing my personal data. This continuity is especially beneficial given the variability in work-related cloud storage solutions I've encountered with different employers. With Dropbox, I have a single, secure platform for my personal files, unaffected by transitions in my professional life. This has greatly simplified managing my digital data, ensuring that my personal content remains easily accessible and distinct from work-related files

Dropbox eats up my CPU for the first 15 minutes after every computer restart

I love drop box because it's very convenient for me to upload something and save it to my files and then later print it out. I use it a lot

I love being able to upload large files, like a group of high quality photos, and send a link to my business contacts to be able to download them.
They do not need to have Dropbox to do this so it makes it easy for them.

Nothing at all, get it and you will be happy.

Solves having to worry about a limit of file size on an email.
A SAFE AND CONVENIENT WAY TO STORE FILES
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to take screenshots to save information to look back on. It is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides that I have experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates a storage space that is easy to access and easy to save to. It benefits me because I need to see things on my screen, Dropbox enables me to archive screenshots so I can go back and look at things I have done and need to look back at.

I love that I can access my items from dropbox anywhere. It is easy to search and find what I need. I can also send things to clients and recieve things from them easily.

I am not sure what I dislike most about Dropbox.

Great Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can keep documents & photos saved in a storage space for free but I can also purchase extra storage space if needed. You can also create, share, and manage documents here. It's password protected I have been using Dropbox for over 6 years now. I highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox was free at first but I guess with different upgrades they had to charge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing me with extra storage space and easy access to resumes and photos I don't keep on my phone.

1. Dropbox's pricing structure to be more expensive compared to other cloud storage providers, especially as data needs grow
2. Dropbox automatically syncs files across devices. If you make a change on one device, it's quickly reflected on others, ensuring you always have the latest version.
3. Without cloud storage, accessing files when away from the primary device can be challenging.

Keeping files consistent across multiple devices can be tedious and error-prone without a central system in place.

I love that I can back up many different type of files! I'm a photographer and backing up raw images is very important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it connected to some different apps, such as Chatbooks.
