Saved my files countless times
What do you like best about the product?
My older laptop sometimes has issues and if not for Dropbox all of my files that I've had for many years would have been lost forever. Same goes for my phone, I had thousands of pictures and downloaded files and after my phone broke and nothing could be downloaded Dropbox again saved everything. Since then I've own multiple computers and multiple phones and I haven't lost a single file or picture. Then when I try to find things the search feature is awesome, I can't always remember the file name but Dropbox seems to figure out what I'm looking for. Setting up Dropbox on each is super fast and easy as can be. I go on Dropbox almost everyday looking for files and I auto sync everyday. From computer to next is very easy and having multiple at the same time Dropbox links them as one. Never had a reason to use customer support yet since I've never had an issue over the last 10+ years I've used it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but if anything helping reorganizing or finding duplicates files could help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a cloud backup of all my files and photos, being able to share them without my phone being jammed full
Dropbox provides me the kind of security I need!
What do you like best about the product?
I use several different devices: Phones, iPad, and computer. I'm able to access my entire file system seamlessly using Dropbox, and I wouldn't be able to work without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can only have one dropbox folder synced. I'd love to be able to sync external drives, in addition to the main dropbox folder on my c: drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have the ability, using Dropbox, to stop work on my computer, and pick up right where I left off on my iPad. The apps I most frequently use with Dropbox are Scrivener and iAnnotate PDF. Then, when I finish marking up my documents or editing them in Scrivener, I can come back to my computer and the changes are there. It works seamlessly, and I love it!

There could be more incentive for user retention, especially long time users as there are more and more apps out there that have a lower entry price, both monthly / annualy

I love being able to share Dropbox with my family. Especially since we can download vacation and family pictures with one another

Sharing files with those that don't have a dropbox account can be challenging sometimes

Dropbox Review by a small marketing company with BIG aspirations
What do you like best about the product?
As a small 5 person family business, using dropbox offers simplified access for both staff and clients alike. We do business all across North America so being able to send clients to a service they probably already know gives them a lot of peace of mind regarding security.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not really anything I don't like about Dropbox but I might suggest a "Quickstart video" tutorial for newbies to the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The whole point of a software like Dropbox to me is being able to access your digital files anywhere, anytime, on any kind of device.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user for years, the pricing for storage isn't the best. I wish it would be more competitive.

Being able to access files across multiple devices

I love how easy the navigation is as well as the customization of how I like to set up storage. Love the sync to desktop where I can access freely and save up space

Sometimes the sync can be slow/buggy at times

Busy Real Estate Photography Studio relies on Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
As a busy real estate photography studio based in Canada, we needed a central 'cloud' that our team of editors in Vietnam could access daily photo uploads, download 1500+ 50mb images quickly, edit and re-upload by 6am the next morning. Five years later, Dropbox still gives us this connection and freedom to run like a well oiled machine.

When I find something I dislike, I'll update you lol.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a team across the globe, it allows us to connect in real-time.
As simple as I need it to be most of the time, plus the solutions I need on those other occasions.

It stays out of my way. It's a non-obtrusive solution that is feature-rich without encumbering users like me who only need a simple solution most of the time.

Occasionally gives me notifications for things that don't really need my attention.
