Dropbox Makes File Storage and Collaboration Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Dropbox to keep all my work files organised and safe. The collaboration feature is my favourite and makes collaboration between colleagues effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get disorganised if you do not follow your filing system properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my files safe and ensuring documents are stored in an organised manner which allows for collaboration as well.
Easy, Automated Document Sharing and Smooth Microsoft Office Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox to manage lease documents and property images. Sharing folders with tenants and owners is straightforward and I much prefer sending shared links rather than emailing attachements back and forth. It also integrates smoothly with Microsoft Office, which makes editing files fast and hassle free. Dropbox was easy to get started with since, so much of it feels almost automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox storage files up fastest for me, especially when I upload photos. Dropbox Transfer and the link expiration option are really useful for sending files securely to clients. I also like receiving notifications when a client downloads what I’ve sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keep my documents orgainsed and easy to access whenver I need them, which is especially helpful during site vistits and when I’m communicating with tenants. Dropbox also makes it simple to reach everything from any device, all through a single account.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dropbox is versatile and many people use it. I value that the files are encrypted and secure. It's very user friendly and the initial setup was pretty easy.

The free storage space is limited.

Sync files across devices are seamless. Convenient and easy to use.

Price is expensive. For the same feature, there are better solutions.

Convenient, Multi-Device Document Storage That Works Online and Offline
What do you like best about the product?
It lets you store all your documents in one place. Multiple users can access the documents at the same time, across different devices. You can also log in on various devices at any time. It works well both online and offline, which I find very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Links to file changes when a document’s location is tampered with, with minimal notification to other users. Aside from that issue, I find it very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows everyone in the organization to share files easily, and it also serves as a central place to store them. I also like that you can limit access within different folders in the same organization, giving different people different levels of access.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use cloud based files sharing platform, which allows you tracking the viewers as well

Nothing so far, just the pricing is little higher for higher storage apart from that, it's very usefull

We're looking for a secured platform for internal file sharing and with clients as well, and Dropbox come up as a best solution for the same, it allows visitors tracking, a secured cloud space to share documents internally and with clients as well
