Swiftness to access and organizational structure, needless to mention interoperability with the likes of MS365, etc.

I like the fee plans they offer with the option of additional purchases

The pricing is pretty high if you want to use beyond the free limited storage. They're also can be some lag if you have very large files.

The ability to share large files and lots of content with other employees within the company without having to use email which can get bogged down with large files.
