It can be hard sometimes to transfer a lot of documents with big size in a safe way. I use Dropbox in this type of cases.

What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Dropbox Sign is to send and have contracts signed by my clients. This tool helps with following up and reminding clients who have not signed as well as making it easy for them to sign the documents. It also helps keep my signed documents in one place, where they are easy to find and retrieve.
When I use Dropbox Sign for reminders and document management, I am able to see when a document is opened and signed, and when it is not signed, I can send an email to remind clients not to forget to sign the documents. I love this tool because it has eliminated the need for my clients to come to our office and make unnecessary trips when they can open their computer and sign the document easily. Dropbox Sign is used almost daily and it is very user-friendly. I am happy because it has saved us a lot of costs for both my clients and my employees from traveling back and forth to sign documents. It has also resulted in fewer errors because we no longer do manual signatures. We do e-signatures where there is no human error.
My main use case with Dropbox Sign has improved our efficiency. We are above my expectations, especially with our clients, who are very happy.

This helps to streamline document management processes and ensure contracts are securely saved without a hassle. It is also very easy to use and has straightforward navigation, especially through the intuitive and user-friendly interface. This enhances the overall work efficiency for every employee in my organization and our clients.
Dropbox Sign has impacted my organization positively with faster time to contract signature, reduction of paper waste, time saving, and cost reduction.
My estimation is that we have been able to save time through elimination of needing to come to our offices to sign documents by 50 to 60%. We have also seen a reduction of errors by 80%. Additionally, we have been able to save a lot of cost, approximately 40 to 50%, especially because there is no traveling back and forth to sign documents. It is also very friendly to the environment as it promotes environmentally-friendly practices by reducing paper usage. Additionally, our e-signatures are easy because they are already available. There is no need to create the same exact signature over and over again. The first e-signature that was created is reusable, especially with the use of templates, which is very helpful.
I really appreciate that Dropbox Sign is part of a suite of solutions that are complementary. This is great.
What needs improvement?
Dropbox Sign does not recognize signature fields in PDFs. Signing links do not support multiple signers. It also does not work well with Word documents.
In addition to that list, sometimes when I am trying to log in, it is difficult and the page does not always load quickly.

Dropbox Sign is very stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I have seen Dropbox Sign being very scalable because I have never seen it crash while dealing with a lot of e-signatures being sent back and forth to different clients. It is fast and reliable always.
How are customer service and support?
Customer support for Dropbox Sign is excellent. It is proactive and responsive 24/7. When we need them, they are there.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We were previously using DocuSign and the reason why we chose Dropbox Sign over DocuSign is because DocuSign puts a limit on the number of documents you can send, which I felt was ridiculous. It was also a bit costlier compared to Dropbox Sign. Additionally, Dropbox Sign is much easier to use and all our customers and clients are very happy. They save a lot of time and are able to use it on their laptops or mobile phones. It is much easier and more convenient to use anywhere you are.
How was the initial setup?
The pricing of Dropbox Sign is very affordable and cost-effective. I have no problem with the pricing. Also, the setup is quite straightforward and easy.
What was our ROI?
I have seen a return on investment. The time saved and cost reduced, especially since our clients are not coming to our office to sign the documents and we are not going there to sign documents as well. That is time saved and cost reduced, especially the cost of travel. I have also seen an increase in our document security. It is very convenient for us to save and conserve our environment since we have gone paperless. Dropbox Sign has been a very comprehensive solution to have in our organization.

Before choosing Dropbox Sign, I evaluated DocuSign.
What other advice do I have?
I would advise others looking into using Dropbox Sign that it is a great tool for getting collaboration and documents signed. It is a great tool for saving time and cost, especially through the elimination of traveling costs and reducing errors. Also, if you want to go paperless and conserve the environment, Dropbox Sign is the way to go. I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Dropbox, I think, is that it has smart sync. You can just select a folder, and it automatically syncs your files and stores them in the cloud. After that, I can access it from anywhere. The Dropbox dashboard is also very good. It has some AI features inside, which I find quite nice. Another feature that is a big advantage for me is the file rewind system, which allows me to bring back an old version. Additionally, Dropbox has the facility to provide frame-by-frame feedback in video projects, which I find very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
More AI features should be added inside Dropbox. It is also quite expensive, meaning it is much more expensive compared to Google Drive and OneDrive. Google Drive provides up to 15 GB of space for free, but Dropbox only gives 2 GB of space in the free version. I also feel there is some privacy issue compared to others, because it does not have any zero-knowledge encryption.

I use Dropbox to efficiently store my files, which prevents my device's memory from increasing. Its smart sync feature automatically syncs files, allowing access from anywhere, so I don't have to upload them manually.
