Best cloud service for my documents
What do you like best about the product?
I love sharing documents through Dropbox , also it allows me to access all my documents in one place from any device
What do you dislike about the product?
We need more quota for the free plan, it's too little

When sharing with someone a lot of times the email from DropBox to the recipient goes into the junk / spam. A few months ago there were issue with sharing with recipients who had a gmail account. It seems to have been resolved but at the time it was terrible. (For almost a month)

We have many users we share with and the ease of sharing is not always ideal.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for quite a while now, and as a solo violinist who travels a lot, it's become an essential part of my daily routine. One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to organize my sheet music and notes. No matter where I am, I can access my scores from my phone, tablet, or laptop without any hassle.
The sync feature works flawlessly, which means I never have to worry about whether I have the latest version of a piece when preparing for a performance. I also love how intuitive the interface is — even when I'm rushing between rehearsals and gigs, I can quickly find what I need.
Dropbox has really simplified my workflow and given me peace of mind on the road. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who needs reliable, accessible, and well-organized cloud storage.

What do you dislike about the product?
As for downsides, I sometimes find that larger files take a bit longer to sync, especially when I'm on slower internet connections while traveling. It would be great if there were some optimization for these situations. Additionally, the storage plans can feel a bit pricey compared to some other services, but the reliability and ease of use make it worth it for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of accessibility and organization for me. As a traveling musician, I often move between different locations and devices. With Dropbox, I never have to worry about leaving important sheet music behind or carrying heavy binders with me. Everything I need is available in one secure place, and that makes my life so much easier.

Great Cloud Storage Application
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox to provide back-up for important documents and to sync photos from my phone. I have tried other cloud storage solutiohns, but dropbox is the one I use most.
I appreciate the fact that it has both a web interface and also allows you to sync with a PC. I also like the fact that it is an established, trusted brand, but not directly linked to one of the really big tech companies and their ecosystem (c.f. Amazon, Microsoft, Google or Apple).

What do you dislike about the product?
Limited storage space in the free version, although there are lots of good value options if I did decide I needed to have more space.

Knowing that my data is backed up safely

It has been a good storage solution for my work for several years now. It is usully quick and simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the "Share" option is not avaiable in the Finder dropdown menu (Mac) and I need to troubleshoot the issue. Also, when running low on storage space DropBox is slow to let you know! They send an email several days after the storage limit has been reached. :(

Large amount of space for reasonable price, easy to connect via all my devices
What do you like best about the product?
Reasonably priced for an individual user. Large amount of space and they upgraded me from 1 TB to 2 TB for free, which was awesome. Can easily sync across all my devices so I can easily upload all my iPhone photos and videos to Dropbox and then delete them on my phone to make space. Can easily share folders/files with other people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if Dropbox would automatically upload all of my iPhone photos and videos so that I don't have to do it manually. Other competitors like pCloud are less expensive. Would also be great if it would automatically sync to my Google or Outlook account so I could easily attach files to my email, calendar, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing and sharing large numbers of files, many of which are huge and unable to be emailed to other collaborators.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is the best value for the size of storage I need. It's great that it has all the tools built into the platform that you need for basic management and editing of your files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed! It can certainly be slow at times if you're trying to view images or video content.

It's secure and trustworthy and I can control access easily

I ike that the storage space is easy to use, and easy to share with, while the security controls are simple but powerful enough.
Other solutions like google drive are constantly causing permissions issues with every file needing many clicks to become available to the people you share with.

I wish there was a 1TB subscription plan that saved a little cost. the lowest plan of 2TB is more than I need.
