My first cloud, My BEST cloud
What do you like best about the product?
It's so seamless, it's so easy! Dropbox was my first cloud service, even before Google Drive. And for years it has helped me go through many tasks, including the time during my Master's degree.
My laptop broke, so I felt sooo lucky that I saved all my important data for my thesis in Dropbox. It was a life saver!

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the limitation is the low space for free members, but I honestly think that the paid service is worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up important documents. My laptop broke but luckily I had all my important docs on dropbox. Less worry.
Dropbox is Great for Storing Important Files
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can store important files and images and that I can send large files to individuals easily with a link.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan doesn't offer very much storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to send large content files including images to clients with just a link, when files are too large to send via email.
Works for me...
What do you like best about the product?
In most cases, easy storage and access to docs across my iPhone and laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are layers of compexity. It's not always possible to send a doc as desired, e.g. sometimes only a choice to send a link is possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None.
Great for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like most about Dropbox is that you can share an upload link with anyone - and the upload process is so easy! This makes collaboration on projects and events seamless in order to collect photos, media, and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is so much that Dropbox can do. I think the physical layout is simple, but could be even simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of having to share a specific folder or document link with someone to collaborate. It truly is just a place to drop something in the box! This makes collaboration much easier.
It works, fast
What do you like best about the product?
It is reliable and fast, it does not require learning
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, the pricing could be more affordable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to keep everything in one place and access from multiple devices
An excellent way to back up, you can forget the need to back up and the files are updated.
What do you like best about the product?
Immediately upon completion of the work and the possibility to work on another computer. The option for online backup.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be an option to back up to Google Drive as well simultaneously. The risk of backing up in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to worry about an additional external disk and backup times.

Simultaneous writing and document editing
Pretty good product in general
What do you like best about the product?
We honestly don't use file sharing very much, but the signature features is a god send. I really like the signature request, signing and more. I especially loved the fact that my free account at the begining could self-sign for free, which saved so much pain in the ass.
What do you dislike about the product?
Related to the signature feature. The signing was excellent, but the file orgnization system is honestly pretty bad. I always have a diffcult time finding my pervious files or get confused by mutiple version of the file (becasue dropbox turns .doc to .pdf), this is especially bad when I have mutiple version of the same file with similar names.
I know i myself can do a better job at organiz ing it, but come on, please make it easier for me too.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing docs, it is great. It is mostly simple and reliable, i prefer it over docusign honestly. I never used the support feature because it is pretty simple and i never needed them.
Honestly i really like dropbox as a company, you guys do good stuff and aren't greedy, which is rare nowadays. The features make sense and I can see they are designed by actual human instead of goblins from the underworld. (unlike companies like TikTok)
I think what particularly made me like dropbox a lot is that my other old dropbox account had its professional plan expired, but all the old stuff I had stored on dropbox is still accessible and downloadable. Which is very nice thing you didn't have to do. So yeah, very well done on that.

Decent Product for what you get
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use for the most part and you get a good amount of storage for the free version. It's also super easy to use from device to device or person to person.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little clunky and could be more attractive. I am also always scared that if I delete anything off Dropbox, then it will also delete off my device, so I never use it for cloud backup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a wedding planner, so I typically use it to transfer high rez photos from the photographer's download on my desktop to my phone for social media posts, or for sharing with my clients. Basically it allows me to quickly transfer high memory content that I can't email.
