Dropbox is a great Collaboration and Cloud Storage Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox friendly user interface and cloud storage solution is a great aspect of the software. It's ease of use when it comes to sharing files to collaborate with a small team and organizing files leaves little to be desired.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful about Dropbox is the pricing. I also like to use it for personal use, but find it a bit pricey to get more than 2gb of free storage. Either increasing the amount of free storage or changing the pricing would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to collaborate, store, and share files for a small team.
As a professional photographer, Dropbox is my #1 choice to send clients their images!
What do you like best about the product?
Emails can only send an attachment with the max size of 20MB. One image can range from 12MB to 19MB so emailing more than one photo is impossible. In comes Dropbox. It's incredibly user friendly, a simple drag and drop and it uploads. I copy and paste the link into the email and the client is happy. And it's free! I use my Dropbox daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't do a ton of research on this but I don't know if we can customize a link. If that's a current option, great! I should start doing that but if it's not, that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This would be a similar answer to the previous question of what I like about Dropbox. Because I'm unable to send large files via email, being able to take advantage of the free account has made streamlining my workflow incredibly easy.

Priceless Program!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been invaluable as a hypnotherapist that needs to share dozens of large audio files a month. It's user friendly, convenient and safe! There are many features to categorize easily and very easy to search large libraries of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some clients say they have trouble with the mobile app.

I can't share large audios and videos without it!
Very easy to use and effective in organizing my photos
What do you like best about the product?
I am a real estate agent and my photographer uses Dropbox to send my all of my listing pictures. It is so convenient and easy to use. I love that I can download the whole file at one time too.

I haven't really come across any issues or anything I dislike.

It allows me to easily receive photos from contractors I work with. Most files are too big for emails so this makes it a nice streamlined process.

Ability to drag and drop folders containing multiple large files.

I haven't struck any issues so no dislikes at all.

Easy access to files (images) for my clients. Even those who are not tech savvy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I have an online storage point prior to clouds.

The interface could be smoother. Accessing my data could be more convenient.

It provides me with a hub in which to convenientlt share both multiple and large file formats to clients and friends.
