It's an best user-friendly application which comes with file storage and file sharing capacity

It has offline access which is an plus point and it also has a user friendly interface which is easy for all types of users and dropbox also has an 3rd party app integration

An oldie but a goodie!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Dropbox has been in the business touted as one of the pioneers on cloud storage. Specifically, with Dropbox, it makes it a lot easier to share filesto whoever needs to access it. Ease of upload and download works like a charm as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The gb allowance can be off-putting sometimes especially when uploading heavy files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files securely outside of own organization. As we have a lot of external vendors, it can be daunting sometimes that our current solution disallows sharing outside of our network, hence Dropbox resolves those instances.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most is user can store flies and data of various type , the files and data are highly safe with it and file saves are automatically synced across all linked devices which the best feature of it , some files can be easily access offline . Dropbox provide a collaborative document editing tool , that alpoows multiple users to work on that document simultaneously
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be some privacy concerns like no end to end encyption , it slow down the perfomence of devices sometimes the phone hang , sync speed is slow and the pricing is quite high

The problem solved by the dropbox is data acccessbility , file sharing, data backup and collaboration . Dropbox provide cloud storage with automated synchronisation , easy sharing links which overall helps to keep data safe and also protects files and allows easy recovery

It is a handy way to share files with colleagues but also with friends. It has this function to organize everything easily.

In the beginning everyone had a version of a file somewhere. Now it is easy to keep everything organized & have the latest version.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike a lot of apps Dropbox just works. It syncs everything seamlessly between devices and various computers. It is one of those apps that I don't need to think about - it just happens. My whole life now lives in Dropbox and it means I can do everything anywhere.
I think one of the biggest things to remember about Dropbox, however, is it is not just storage. You are not paying for xGB of space - you are paying for the whole tools and services that come with it - editing online, sharing, collaboration, Paper etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Support is quite poor. While the product is brilliant and I use it every single day, if/when something does go wrong don't expect a quick resolution or even a team who read emails. It is very very poor.
The other annoying thing at the moment is its a very fragmented product in terms of the things they've bought - HelloSign is starting to be integrated at the moment but it isn't, same with the file sharing systems.

It keeps my work sync'd between all devices and across everything I need.

I have been a Dropbox user for some time, primarily for document hosting and cloud storage. The simultaneous editions capability is one of the standouts for me since it is crucial when my team and I collaborate on shared files.

Yet, I have found the maximum storage limits somewhat limiting sometimes. When I had to ask for more storage, the support was a little bit slower than I thought, and it might be a problem when the fast data scalability is needed.

While dropbox offers many useful features, there are few aspects taht I find less appealing like it has paid plans more expensive compared to other cloud storages. In terms of customer support, whenever I raise a concern through their emails or contact information, I always experience delays in response time and I find it challenging to reach a resolutionfor my issues
