An essential part of my operations
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is so straightforward. I primarily use it on my desktop rather than in the browser, and it's comforting to know that my materials are safe. I use it with my team for work, and I use it with my family and friends to share things. It's just essential to my workflow and my life!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface can be a little clunky/confusing. I understand it now for the most part, but I still think the design and function could be a little more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a professional photographer, and I primarily use Dropbox to share large numbers of large image files.
I have been using Dropbox for many years -its gotten pricey but still the best

The ease of you plus the fact that i can access from anywhere -and any of my devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Its gotten way more pricey and i have with it for years - has no- non-profit discounts, plus has a great new feature called capture that does not work good

Its ease of use and accesability. I like that it has a streamline accessability across all of my devices and website.

The price could be a little cheaper but nothing is getting any cheaper.

The best cloud-based storage app ever
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use. Even though I have a free account, the storage capacity it provides is generous. It is easy to integrate with my local drive, as well as other apps. I use Dropbox everyday as a backup storage for some of my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the cost. It will be great if the cost can be lowered down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud-based storage - I can get to save some important files from my local drive to Dropbox and access it anywhere and in another device, as long as there is a Dropbox app installed.
Easy and appropriate
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very convenenient, remarkably easy to setup and once that's done the service pretty much works flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally think the file management interface could use some reworking.

Document and data management with both internal and external partners and as a distribution network for workers at tradeshows and other industry events.

Saving all my important files and data making it easily accessible whenever its needed.
Versatile business tool for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I consider Dropbox to be an essential business tool for my small business. Being able to access my larger files on the go, on laptop or mobile is super useful as well as being able to send a link to clients to access their presentations. Means I don't have to be too mindful of file sizes of my images for attachments and that my clients can revisit with ease at any time. I also several personal documents that I regularly refer to and love sharing photos with family and friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the regular push to upgrade to another product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing and storing of large images and power point presentations. Alongside important documents that I regularly refer back to.
Easy Accessibility anywhere and for anyone
What do you like best about the product?
That I can access my work anywhere anytime on any device and share with colleagues only what I want to share which I can stop at any time. Working with a lot of documents in the BBBEE environment particularly at audit time it allows for documents from others to be uploaded and kept in one place for the audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have experienced is trying to open a password protected document from Dropbox using the web address when i did not have access to my computer. It sometimes does allow me to open the document and other times not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Living in South Africa where a computer can go "missing" it's great to know that I can quickly recover my work and continue being productive. Also allows me to store year's worth of work and insights required in my line of work.
VERY HELPFULL AND USEFEULL

DROP BOX CAN BE ACCESS ANYWHERE VERY EASILY. LIKE IF I DO NOT HAVE MY LAPTOP WITH ME, I CAN STILL ACCESS MY FILES ON MY MOBILE VIA DROPBOX APP.
What do you dislike about the product?
WELL, I HAVE ONLY FACE PROBLEM ACCESSING DROPBOX ON MY MOBILE APP. IT CAN BE BOTH MY MOBILE PROBLEM OR SLOW APP PROCESS.

THIS IS HOW I CAN SAVE MY TIME BY NOT GOING TO MY BOSS TABLE. I JUST USE TO UPLOAD FILES OR EIDT FILES ONLINE.
